The driver dropped the car right then and there, went back into the building and the owner, Lanny Wolf, refused to open the door or answer the phone. We called local PD and they got Lanny to the door. He said that it was done on the street so it wasn't his problem and refused to fix or pay the repair costs. He told PD that if I didn't leave he would charge me storage fees costing more that the damages his employees did. PD went along with this - Lanny's brother is the county Sheriff'... Once we got the driver door open we left. Don't care if you have to pay double for any repairs it will be 10 rimes better than trusting this guy...

The car looks ok but there is orange peel all over, and i mean all over the car not to mention you can tell exactly where the filling is because it was not sanded with fine grain paper at all. If i knew it was going to look this bad i would have paid extra to someone else. The wheel wells still have rusted parts sticking out which indicates he didn't even take the time to cut out the rust and just applied body filling right over the rust. Went to this place to get some fender flares installed on my jeep wrangler. Not a big job at all…read morejust a simple cut and bolt. I originally took it by this place and the owner said that it wouldn't be a problem and quoted me around 300 bucks (which is about normal for those fender flares) so I dropped off my jeep that Monday and he said it would be done around 3pm. I get a call from the owner around 3 telling me that he originally quoted me wrong and to finish the job would be around 700 bucks! Meanwhile he already removed my original fender flares! I call another shop in Manhattan and they tell me 300 bucks for both fenders. So I call the owner back and tell him to stop working on my jeep. I go to pick it up and both of my fenders are off my jeep. He then proceeded to tell me that he is charging me an hour of labor for the removal of the plastic fender flares. He didn't even remove them! He snapped them off around the bolt and ruined them if I wanted to reuse them. Never go to this shop. WORST AUTO BODY SHOP

It smells terrible and is literally dripping water into my electrical chords underneath the carpeting that we have now had to rip up. They charged us $140 cash only to clean the inside of our van and didn't even touch the outside. When they returned our van to us everything was still soaked. My husband ran the heater and an extension chord with a fan in it for hours trying to dry it out. The next morning my windows were completely frozen FROM THE INSIDE. I had to scrape the ice off just to see to drive to work and had ice crystals all over my floor boards. We have tried towels, fans, our shop vac and even my blow dryer to try to get all the water up. A G Auto Detail has been very disrespectful on the phone with us twice and refuses to refund our money even after us having to rip up all of the rear carpeting to clean up the mold and attempt to remove the water.
