Wood chipping all over the yard, and large branches dropped on our yard. I asked their team multiple times to clean it up and no one did. I called the owner who ended up hanging up on me. read more

They dumped a load of trash on my property, wouldn't return calls or emails after numerous attempts. My husband had allergic reactions to it- had to pay someone to pick it up and they couldn't believe what was in there! Wrenches, Red Bull cans, bricks, towels, and they claimed it was wood chips. He showed up promptly the next morning, gave me a quote which was quite reasonable, and the work was completed 4 hours later. The crew was efficient and cleaned up after their work. Bob's your uncle. The crew arrived on time (7am). Tarps were laid out to help catch debris. We have 5 Queen Anne palms. The trees had not been trimmed in over two years,and were in serious need. One man up the tree, one man on the ground continually gathering all that was cut off, and the supervisor on the ground directing the trimmer to get the proper trim/appearance. When the job was completed, 99% was cleaned up. You can't remove the sawdust. There was no damage to other plants. Nothing went into the neighbor's yard. The price was very reasonable. While they did a great job pruning my palm tree. Their truck did damage to my fence and my driveway. The owner said he'd come take a look and never did. I actually give this tree service MINUS 50 STARS!!! My neighbor used this tree service to have a huge tree removed from their back yard. My neighbor told me about it and asked me to move the umbrellas on my back patio away from the fence which I did. When I got home from work, their workers had jumped the fence and moved some things off my patio and the entire tree was coming down and being thrown into my back yard right onto huge ceramic pots with wax privets in them as well as the brand new crown molding for my kitchen remodel. Empty coke cans and water bottles strewn in my flower bed. My back yard was a mess!!!!! Tree service employees came back the next day and cleaned up, according to my neighbor, "the best they could." All patio furniture is still in the middle of my back yard and coke cans are still in flower bed. Neighbor is refusing to take any responsibility for any of this and has been disrespectful and rude as well!! So now I've got at $300 or more in damages and backyard that will take hrs to clean up! Seems this review is as much about my neighbor as it is about the tree service. And YES ALL OF THIS FOR A TREE THAT WASN'T IN MY BACK YARD!!!! read more

If you are seeking a professional tree trimming service, you will be highly disappointed in the manner in which these people operate. The owner is a bully, and he is which became evident when we opted to delay the service. He demanded an arbitrary $250 for the delay of service, which was never previously discussed. He was asked to leave the property multiple times and ultimately left when i threatened to call the police. Unprofessional beyond belief. I will be contacting the BBB in attempts to further alert and dissuade anyone from using these disreputable bullies. read more

This guy is a bully & threatened my 76 year old father this morning. We had called multiple times to cancel his service after a family emergency came up & he showed up anyway. He lied to my father about receiving the messages because he had made an attempt to call back; however, he arrived trying to extort a $250 cancellation fee from my dad. Nothing like that was discussed when he had provided a quote previously. This owner is a hood & continued to bully my dad. Extremely inappropriate & his quote was too high for the job that needed to be done. I believe he was taking advantage of my fathers age & his inability to do the job himself.
