Had searched many reviews for car services and was coming across some wild ones- lguy that talks like a pirate - guy that yells at people, or the guy that drives fast and scares the ... yeah. We don't need that. was beginning to think I was going to have to carry him on my back to LaGuardia myself when I came across County Car Service. Reviews looked great. No pirates, no yelling, or crazy driving- just good stuff, so I gave Big Mike a call- we had a blast just booking the round trip ride. Big Mike notified me Kevin would be driving my husband on the round trip. Good communication all the way from both! Kevin arrived early on flight days here and at LGA - got husband there on time with great conversation both ways. Everything went better than perfect. Very reasonable prices Extremely clean, comfortable SUV Careful driver Thanks Big Mike and Kevin! You made my husband's rides a blast and gave me peace of mind! THANK YOU!

He made a pitstop at a gas station bathroom claiming he had to use eyedrops! People were beeping and honking at us as we constantly swerved in front of them. It was so bad my father-in-law offered to drive. We were actually frightened. While our return transfer was much better, neither driver offered to help my elderly in laws with their luggage in and out of the car. They were both tipped extra anyway. When we returned home from our trip and I called the limo service to complain, the owner swore to me that she would issue a refund right away. She not only didn't issue the refund but she overcharged me on both trips. I previously called to question the amount and had to leave a message. No one called me back. I was charged over $900 for round-trip transportation to the airport that actually endangered our lives! Never using this company again!!
