A terrible mix and not easy to deal with early in the morning. I've been asking for the windows to be cracked open and to partly stick my head outside. Also the fare to the train station has jumped to $18, while it was only $16 on that first trip. They're still prompt, but I do wish there was another option with non-smoking cars and a cheaper fare. I also found out that they're the same option as "Quality Taxi" company, so pointless to try to call that company instead.

They found the reservation and the car is 10-12 minutes away. 25 minutes later the driver calls saying he's 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later (6:50am... That's 50 minutes of standing in the driveway), a guy pulls up in his personal car saying dispatch just called him. Luckily we budgeted ourselves a little extra time before the flight but it was still much closer than I would've liked. When catching a flight (you even enter your flight info on their website), paying over $100 for a ride to be an hour late is not acceptable. We could've had an Uber there by 6:20 and paid less but unfortunately we trusted this company.
