I have been using Quality Cleaners for several years now. I travel for a living so i drop off a months worth of cloths at a go. This includes suits , tux and designer jeans. I have never had a problem with any order. They do cost more than i was use to but the clothes are ready the next day 5pm without rush service. The staff is 99% of the time qualified and pleasant . My only complaint is the coupons are annoying , for a time they just put them on your account and you used your key chain card , they stopped that and now require printed coupons. I have with traveled with laundry in the trunk of my car for several days because i had forgotten to print the coupon. However, coupons aside they are an excellent service. read more

I had laundry done there twice. The first time I brought in about 15 casual shirts. I asked for them to be laundered and it was Wednesday so yes I got 15% off. Good thing. When I went back on Saturday about half of the shirts were dry cleaned. I was pissed. She told me that when I signed up I was given a document with the rules. NO POLY OVER SOME PERCENTAGE TO BE DETERMINED. I never received a document. Then she told me the woman who checked me in should have told me the shirts were more $$. I had two long sleeve shirts which when the sleeves are rolled up the strap inside the sleeve buttons to secure the cuff. That little strap was ironed like a spring...on both sides, very disappointing. The next time I brought in a Levi denim snaps shirt. She wanted something like $13-17 she would let me know. No thanks. I'm glad they closed this location, I won't look for the new place. read more

Was contacted by management over a bad review I posted I explained to her that my clothes were wadded up and still dirty $68 worth of wash dry and fold and three shirts that I had pressed and washed that was $15. I explained that it wasn't professionally cleaned and they did a terrible job and all she did was get mad at me and hang up on me I won't be back there and I hope you don't either. read more

We have been using Quality Plus Dry Cleaner in Port Richey on Little Road for quite a few years. Up to this point, we have had no issues. That leads me to my experience from this week... My wife and I dropped off 6 run-of-the-mill shirts purchased at Hollister, AE, etc; nothing special about the materials at all. We were very clear with the attendant that the shirts did not need to be cleaned: only pressed. No starch, nothing special at all...Just get the wrinkles out. I showed her a coupon for 25% off my entire order with no exclusions pertaining to what I was having done. She said all of that was no problem and confirmed what she was having done to the shirts: NO cleaning, pressed ONLY with a 25% off coupon. When I went back in to pick up my shirts I was blown away that she told me the cost was $35.66! As I objected, the attendant today (different from the one who received my shirts), informed me of the following things: 1. The attendant who received my order should have told me the coupon would not apply to my order (look at the fine print on the coupon and explain how it would not apply to my order!) 2. The attendant should have requested a different service for press only. 3. The attendant should have been clear with me that they were still going to charge me for cleaning even though I didn't want the shirts cleaned. 4. The attendant was newer and didn't know how to properly handle this asked-for service. Here is why they are getting the poor review: Mistakes happen, no problem, I get that. The problem is the attendant would not credit any of the charged fees! Her reasoning was that they had to charge me because the services were rendered...even though I did not ask for them! The attendant stated she would reach out to the people at "corporate" to see if they would offer me a "store credit." The only way I could have my shirts today was to pay for services I did not ask for; which I reluctantly did. Terrible customer service...especially to a customer who has been using this location for many years. I will also include a copy of the receipt and coupon in the review that clearly shows they were supposed to press only my cloths and the 25% off coupon. There are dry cleaners on every corner: Time to take my loyalty, and yours, to one who will hopefully not try the same shenanigans! read more

Quality Plus Cleaners - The coupon they would not honor for pressing my shirts - Laundry Services Near Me - New Port Richey, Florida

See all

Yesterday I dropped off 13 shirts and one pair of trousers and a 30% off coupon which the clerk said will be honored when you pick it up. Today I picked up the laundry order and was given a $66 bill. When I questioned the amount the clerk said it was already taken out. Upon receiving the E bill I saw that I received no discount. Although service was good and I received the items in the promised time I am leery about their advertising practices and will probably go elsewhere next time. read more

So I receive an email with a coupon and a price list and the timing is right because I need a couple sport coats cleaned. Price list quotes one price, I get to the facility and the counter gal quotes another price. Why the difference, I ask? Well, you have to add "Toxic and environmental fees" was the reply. Hmmm .... how about Quality Plus Cleaners you take your toxic and environmental fees and put them where the sun don't shine ... NEVER going back. read more

The nicest people and the best service and great dry cleaning. Amber Lausberg

This is the most overpriced dry cleaner i have ever encountered. They try to make it attractive by giving a 15% discount by providing an email address. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I had 2 suits (2 jackets and 2 pair of slacks) dry cleaned and 4 shirts laundered. because i was in a hurry, i agreed to 15 dollars per suit and $2.50 per shirt laundered with heavy starch. When contacted via email, they charged me for one shirt $4.91 for dry cleaning one of the shirts. I specifically asked for them to be all laundered. I have been washing, ironing/starching this shirt for 3 or more years. I know how to care for it. They took my number but never consulted me about the dry cleaning. When i saw the total price via email when they notified me that my order was ready, I called. They wouldn't answer! I rang and rang for about 30 minutes. When someone did answer, they realized i was upset and she asked me to hold and disconnected me. When i called back, again no answer. Is this what is passing for customer service in the U.S. THIS PLACE IS RATED ON THIS SITE for price as extreme high end. The price is so expensive that even with the discount it's easily the most expensive dry cleaners I have every used in more than 35 years of dry cleaning suits, shirts, etc. Also, they take it upon themselves to ignore customers' instructions in order to charge almost 5 dollars for a shirt, which is a poly-blend. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR DRYCLEANING! Better to beat your laundry on a rock or a wash board than ever patronize this establishment. EVEN after my complaint and an adjustment. 4 laundered and starched shirts and 2 suits without vests cost nearly $36 dollars. THIS AMOUNT IS INSANE. BEWARE OF QUALITY PLUS CLEANERS!!!!!! JOSEPH WELLS New To the Area, but not a happy customer. read more
