They sent 3 men to the house (one we found out was the owners son). They checked our unit for some reason and did some repairs (without approval) and then sent us a bill for almost $200.00. They of course told us we needed a new unit and wouldn't replace the ducting until that was done. By the way, our unit worked fine before they got there--we just wanted to check the duct work due to an animal that got in the attic. After they left, the unit started making loud noises and stopped working completely. I called him and he was instantly defensive and lied several times during our conversation. Not sure if they were desperate for work but sending 3 men to check some duct work in the attic, working on our unit and supposedly repairing it when it wasn't broken and then somehow stopped working after they left. When my husband questioned him he wrote back a very unprofessional email and ended it with "enjoy your flat ducts". Very immature, liars and cheats. Don't use this company!!

However, I am very disappointed with the billing transparency and labor charges. I was initially told the labor rate would be $120 per hour. Later, I was informed by the owner that the typical rate is $175 per hour, which was a big surprise. In addition, I was charged labor for three workers even though only two appeared to be actively completing the job. There were also schedule changes and communication issues that made the overall experience stressful. While the final work quality was acceptable, I felt the pricing and billing were not handled honestly. Because of this, I cannot recommend this service and am giving 1 out of 5 stars. ........................................................... I have already paid the full invoice for the recent water heater and pipe upgrade service. However, I am very concerned about the labor charges. Before the work started, I was told the labor rate would be $120 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours. I was later billed $840 for labor and charged for three workers without my approval. While I appreciate the work quality, I feel the billing was not transparent or consistent with what was discussed. I am requesting a fair partial refund or billing adjustment based on the original agreement.
