After years of building trust within the community, the company went bankrupt and sold to CenterWell Senior Primary Care, leaving many longtime patients -- especially veterans relying on Tricare as their primary insurance -- feeling abandoned. Veterans who served this country deserved continuity of care and transparency, not sudden disruption and uncertainty. Many patients had established relationships with their doctors for years, only to find themselves scrambling to locate new providers and navigate insurance confusion during an already stressful transition. What makes this even more frustrating is that public statements during the sale process suggested patients would continue to have access to their insurance coverage under the new ownership structure. Yet many patients later experienced uncertainty or loss of access depending on their plan participation and contract negotiations. The bankruptcy itself was tied to massive Medicare billing discrepancies reportedly totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Unfortunately, it feels like the people who paid the price were the patients -- particularly seniors and veterans who depended on stable healthcare access. Healthcare organizations should prioritize patient care and loyalty during transitions, not leave vulnerable populations feeling discarded. I sincerely hope veterans and affected patients receive the support and continuity of care they deserve moving forward.

Impressions: Friendly, helpful including Security. The Nursing staff I interacted with were friendly and dedicated and focused, extremely knowledgeable and seemed born to this job as a well oiled team. The CAT scan Impressions were detailed and addressed long standing health chronic conditions never found in any previous CAT or MRI including recent. They were missed for many previous years and now getting the attention they deserve. Doctors on hand are available and follow your progress. FINAL THOUGHT FOR 2 VISITS: Every possible test was run for a complete DX to get you on proper meds and get you home. Merry Christmas.

From there on out all the office girls knew that there was no way I would want to see Dr Yelamanchi and always wanted to go to Shelly. Had my last appointment I was scheduled with Shelly and Dr Yelamanchi jumped in and I never saw Shelly. Dr Yelamanchi scheduled me for a test and knew that I went to a certain location for those test and she sent me to a totally different place that was over a half hour from my house when the other location is seven minutes and when I got there, they told me the test would take 2 1/2 hours. I take care of my 85 year-old mother I can't be out of my house for the extended period of time without knowing this ahead of time. So I did not have the test done. Three days later I get a letter in the mailbox and a certified letter delivered to my house telling me that Dr Yelamanchi was no longer going to take care of my needs. She will not fill refills for me now all she does is chase the Money. She has the bedside manner and empathy of a brick. I have been to a lot of doctors in my life due to having a lot of health issues and I have never met a more money, hungry doctor in my life. She sent me to have more BS test done than any doctor I have ever experienced and my guess is she gets kickbacks from insurance companies to specialist? A real piece of crap person and Dr.
