They truly went above and beyond by recording detailed video walkthroughs of homes and doing FaceTime sessions so we could feel confident about every property we considered. What really stood out was how much time they took to help us understand each neighborhood, including the pros and cons from their honest perspective. They always made us feel like a priority. Matt made the financial side of the process unbelievably easy and was extremely diligent throughout closing. He caught mistakes from the title company that we never would have noticed ourselves, and his attention made us feel much better. Even after closing, Matt and Lindsey continued helping us by connecting us with trustworthy contractors for work on our new home. That level of service and care is rare to find. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a home, especially if you're relocating from out of state. When the time comes to sell our house, there's no question we'll be using Matt and Lindsey again!

We started out working with a big bank and they made us feel like our loan was hard to complete, we wouldn't have many options due to financial qualifications, and they were so slow when we really needed them upon making an offer on the home we ended up buying. There were too many people jumping in and out, with Arcadia we only worked with David. It was such a relief to have someone helping us as first time home buyers. After we our offer was accept, my husband and I switched last minute to Arcadia and while I dreaded going through the paperwork all over again, it turned out, it was easier! And David was so quick and friendly, always ready to answer our questions with patience and thorough, honest answers. We qualified for a loan we would not have gotten through the bank AND closed about 2 weeks faster than the bank quoted! You'll be happy working with David G. to get that dream home and your offer will be more attractive to the seller since they're a broker and not a bank with limited options and long closing time. Happy house hunting!
