Which i don't like. * and to top it off she answered her phone during my massage!! Wtf! * she kept massaging my back the majority of the time and once I flipped over she rubbed my upper body with the blanket for a minute or two and finished. * my feet weren't massaged at all (Which was my favorite part of the massage) * upon completion they asked you enjoyed? i said no and still asked if i was going to tip them! Not a place I'd go back to. Sorry

Worst massage of my life and I get them regularly and have for decades! Very unprofessional making…read morecomments about my body "your body look good shape" and "I can tell you take good care of your body." That's not what a female wants to what when she's naked on the massage table!!!! Zero self awareness. Speaking of self awareness he literally would not lighten the pressure when I asked and also would forget and later in in the massage would start aggressively massing an area full force, had to remind him of my hurt areas to make sure he wasn't going to injure me. He also barely used oil and I had to to ask, never ever experienced that where they don't use oil to the point where it was rubbing my skin and causing discomfort so I had to speak up (and still had to remind him) it's like he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, I think he was distracted by my "very good shape body" or something bc he didn't massage the areas I asked him to several times, he kept forgetting the level of pressure, he never massaged problem areas I asked for several times, I paid extra for a 30 min reflexology for my feet and ankles and I had to ask / remind him several times & still never got a full 30 mins of feet and ankles. He never worked the problem area which was my inner left leg and groin / knee area ... literally had an entire conversation about the sore leg (multiple times) I promise you every knot he found he seemed to like completely avoid it instead of working it, he also didn't know where the groin muscle connected and I had to point out that's why the entire leg hurts bc the muscle connects at the goin and again near the knee so the entire thing hurts .... I was extremely disappointed and they really should refund me for the lack of service. He straight up ever gave me the reflexology I paid extra for. It was very obvious too and I know they can hear me bc they don't have doors and I could hear people in the lobby so they heard me tell the man over and over again to please work my problem areas. He spent more time on areas that weren't even sore. He also probably isn't even licensed bc I truly don't know what that was. But he was distracted and he kept making comments a it num body I think he was distracted by the "very good shape body" made me so uncomfortable but really I'm mainly upset that I didn't get the service I desperately needed and now I need to go back again but can't go back until next weekend bc of my schedule so I'm very aggravated I didn't get what I paid for. And I will be happy to delete the review if they refund me. I was hoping they wound cal and rectify bc like mentioned it was obvious I wasn't happy although I didn't complain and was kind, they had to have heard me. Ag one point I got frustrated and I did tell him you didn't save any time for the leg after I asked you so they knew. They should have called me to rectify. I gave them time before I wrote reviews. People deserve to know. Very janky and unprofessional. I should have left as soon as I saw them giving people massages naked in the LOBBY. Very janky operation. Doubt they are licensed massage therapists

This is a "rub and tug" joint, so if that's what you're seeking, I guess you"ll get your "release"…read more I went in because of the professional-appearing website that made it seem legitimately as such, but despite that they advertise to accept credit cards, but was told otherwise, was the first red flag. Then after paying in cash, I got this attempt at a massage through a sheet covering my whole body! I needed just an upper back massage to ease my tension from working on a computer day after day, but couldn't even express my areas of concern because she could hardly speak English. At the last five minutes, that's when the proposition occurred, which I declined. Regardless, I gave a $10 tip for a 45 minute, so-called massage, and then her English was good enough to ask for $20. No, she got her ten and I left. I don't judge those that are seeking that type of massage, but just want to let others know if they are looking for something legitimate.

The receptionist was also very nice and checked me in pretty quickly but not right away. They have good specials running especially on their $20 Tuesday's. I got an express facial for $20 and it lasted just over 30 mins. The price is definitely right but I think next time, I'll upgrade to a deeper clean facial because they just cleanse your face and put a mask. But the basic facial doesn't include extractions. Basically everything that was done, I could've done myself at home. But it feels nice to be pampered by someone else. Also, I couldn't give this place 5 stars because the esthetician was a bit too rough on my skin. I am used to more gentle touches especially on my face and eye area because the skin is tender and thinner there. The place was clean and there were a lot of small rooms. It's basically a house that turned into a business. Cute place overall- not sure when I will be back but good to check out!
