I had really bad water damage in my ceilings when was roof was bad. HOA finally took care of our roof in November so it was the best time to call Quality Interiors for the job! Workers bagged off the 2 rooms with plastic as well as my hallway, down the stairs, and to the garage. I love that this was done so that everything is clean when the job is finished. Water was sprayed to help scrap off the "popcorn" on the ceiling. Drywall was brought in since I had a big hole in the corner of my ceiling from the rain. Ceiling was then texture to match my walls. Vince refuses to honor any warranty work on our house. He is claiming that we should have reframed the ceiling and wrote us a letter saying he doesn't think any warranty work is their responsibility. Even though there are several other areas of poor workmanship besides the ceiling. We contracted and paid in full for complete drywall and level 5 smooth finish. We have multiple nail pops throughout the house, and in general not quality finish. Vince said repeatedly that it was going to be perfect. Quality Interiors is the real deal. Vince, the owner, keeps his word. He made every appointment we made, and there were many. We only quoted drywall, then added paint, then removed a shower door, then removed chair rails and Vince treated us with respect no matter how many times he had to make a trip to our home. He had the can-do attitude (each time) and reassurance that his team would get things done the way we wanted it done. His team was slated to start Monday, but there was a one-day delay to the four-day project. I was concerned we wouldn't get things done by Saturday, but Vince had the confidence that his team would be complete by our deadline (and it was). His team, including his son, were very professional. They laid down the plastic, removed the lights from the ceiling, and made sure everything was covered. Drywall took about two days, including the removal of the chair rails from the bathrooms, master bedroom, and hallway. Vince's son stopped what he was doing to help me rewire the new fanlight I wanted installed. When his painters arrived, they explained everything they were going to do before starting. They used primer on the walls and painted all areas Vince's team worked on. They did their best to make sure everything was place back to its proper location. I'm really glad I listened to my wife and went with Vince's team to paint. We had an issue with an electrician who installed recess lighting in our kitchen. These LED lights were so horrible and wouldn't dim like he said they would. (DM me if you want his name) He literally had my pregnant wife crying all night! Vince came out covered all the holes the electrician made due to the horrid recess lighting and repainted the kitchen at cost! Who does that? Vince didn't have to do this, but he really wanted to make sure we were happy. I'm still shocked that Vince redid the whole kitchen to make sure we were satisfied - did I mention at cost!?) Vince sent the best he had, Chooky, to make sure all touchups were done for the previous work. I'm not talking little touchups; they redid parts of the hallway that needed repair as well as the master. Chooky installed the remaining lights for us that finally arrived from Home Depot. We don't do a lot of big projects inside our home, but with a new child we wanted to make sure our home looks great for him. Vince and his guys have this down to a T. I had popcorn removed and painted and was done right , good and fast. One day to texture and another day to paint. Showed up on time and the guys hustled nonstop with out skipping on quality of work. His pricing was very competitive probably because of how efficient his crew is, I was really impressed. Update to my review is that soon after my ceiling was completed I noticed a crack in the ceiling. This particular location of the crack was suppose to be repaired as discussed during the estimate. I notified Vince three times over the phone and each time he said he would call me back but never did. My experience with this company started out great but than when it came time for a problem with the work to be resolved , no call backs. Hired Vince and his crew in October 2018 to scrape acoustic, texture and paint. Waited awhile to review..Initially I was happy but it took about one day for problems to occur. Sunken area of my ceiling showed up overnight as they didn't let the mud/ primer dry long enough before painting. Gave me some line about how the mud drys fast but come on Bro. It was a big area they filled in and it was cold at night at my house. No way it dried enough in two days. I texted him the pictures and he said he would come by to take a look and then later texted to take care of it. 5 days go by before I have to text him to ask if he is going to fix it. He said he will be by tomorrow. Crew shows up next day. They fixed it within two days. One Week later 2 large cracks appear in kitchen where previous earthquake damage had occurred years prior. I texted him and asked if they tape cracks before repair. He said, Bro I always tape but we will be by in about a week or so and fix it. The crew comes and fixes the problem. The guys are nice but it's clearly obvious they don't tape as the guy says I put tape in it this time so it shouldn't crack again. NOW there are more cracks in several other rooms where there was previous cracks were before they scraped. Rather than call these guys again and have them disrupt our lives for the 6 or 7th time, I am forced to use paintable caulking and deal with it. I am glad I asked for leftover paint from his crew before they left. The crazy part was Vince never apologized once or said sorry for the inconvenience because it is a huge inconvenience for us. They come back to fix. One day, tape off, fix it and then come by like two days later and do the same. You get the feeling that it's more of inconvenience for him. His crew basically told me they are overworked when talking to them so that explains why they don't tape. Puddy it and move on. Also, paint lines all over the ceiling in my living room, sloppy caulking around ceiling edges. I regret hiring this company because of the finished result and the hassle. Sometimes getting a cheap price isn't the best move. 3 stars is generous. At least he recommend a good electrician who installed LED lights, That guy is awesome. He even fixed my heater. In this time of Covid-19, I have been spinning on a bike in my family room and looking up at over 30 years of nasty, dirty acoustic. I've had Vince's number for a couple of years and finally got him over for an estimate to remove the acoustic and paint the whole room. He showed up at the appointed time to give us an estimate which was quite reasonable and said he and his crew would be at our home Monday morning at 8:30 am. They worked steadily until midafternoon when they finished, cleaned up, replaced our sofas and can lights and offered to replace the ceiling fans but we are presently waiting for new ones. After removing the acoustic ceiling, the house looks like a modern chic house. It is above my expectations. His price is not the lowest, but it looks great. I'd suggest vince to offer paint options when offering the entire package. The paint odor is a little annoying. I'd pay extra $ to go 0 voc paint. Other than the paint odor, everything works great. Vince and his crew do a a great job. I got 5 different quotes for our condo, Vince wasn't the cheapest he was in the middle, but when he described what it would entail I knew he was the one and it was more than fair. Walking around with him for the quote and paying attention to what he noticed (i.e. cracks, blemishes, etc.) I could tell he's been doing this for a long time. He was able to start the following week with no problem. We had the acoustic (popcorn) ceiling scraped, retextured and the whole house painted. The guys ("Chewgee" and Antonio) that came out for the ceiling were nothing but professional, friendly and courteous with everything they did. They've been working for Vince for 20 years and I can see why he keeps them. The ceiling looks like it's from a newly built home, absolutely night and day from the original. The paint crew (Juan and George) were just as detail oriented with their work. They were clean with all their materials and the place came out great. I even made a mistake in the kitchen by not having some of the walls scraped and textured from where the old cabinets were, i called Vince and he came back out and fixed it for me. He could have easily up-charged me for the inconvenience and extra time, but he was again, extremely professional and reasonable. I'd hire Vince again in a heartbeat. Quality Interiors does an absolutely fantastic job! I had an emergency house repair in at the end of 2018. A lot of the sheetrock had to be opened up and some of the existing joists and stud's needed to be reinforced. When my contractor buttoned up the walls again it was apparent that to match the texture in the house it would take quite a bit of skill. Vince stopped by and looked at the work and offered to do some significant touch ups before he came in an and textured the walls. His crew did an absolutely fantastic job and was very quick! They brought a towed spakle machine, parked it in the driveway and ran a hose throughout the entire house. They even re textured other spots on the ceiling that had been cut open and seemed back together a decade or two before. These guys are absolute artists of their craft! read more

Vince was amazing, he came to give us an estimate on Friday morning and was able to get his crew by Saturday morning, they did a really good job of removing the popcorn ceiling and texturing the entire house (~1400 sq ft) in about 6 hours. After the crew left, everything was clean and nice. Unfortunately our security system control panel stayed hanging from the wall and ruined the texture in the wall while it was still fresh. We were in a bind... Our kitchen cabinets were coming in a week. The drywall company we had originally planned to go with couldn't make it till Monday and our cabinets were coming in on Wednesday. We knew that the job was going to take a minimum of 2-3 days. We called and talked to the owner Vince. He showed up later that day to give us a bid. His crew showed up the next morning. The job took 4 days with crews of 3-4 people. They were very clean and respectful. Did a wonderful job and kept in contact with Vince to make sure that it was done the way he wanted it done.
