AAA Painting Company owner John Patterson, son Justin, and their diligent crew did 5-star work, paying keen attention to detail. They painted our exterior stucco, trims, and "pop outs," along with interior ceilings, walls, and doors. Excellent epoxy work on our garage floors. John and his top-notch team also redid our patio wood covering, applying excellent prime and paint, and redid much of the wood, creating a spectacular look. John takes great pride in offering a vast multitude of hues in fine colors. They added a perfect varnish to bring out our grand wood front door. Highly recommended. read more

AAA Paint Company did an AAAMAZZZING job!! They brought my house back to life. This company was so professional. It was refreshing to have an honest contractor who showed up when they said they would and they have a great rating with the Better Business Bureau. They gave me a contract which spelled everything out. They planned my paint schedule, which consisted of pressure washing my house, repairing damaged wood, and cracks in my stucco, and lastly prep and paint. I didn't have overspray on my windows or sidewalks. They were so neat and detailed which is rare to find. They were priced right especially for the awesome job they performed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and gladly post their yard sign in my lawn. John, Justin, and their crew are truly the AAA Team!! read more

I am giving this business one star if it were possible, I would give them a negative 5 stars. The gentleman that owns the company is a great communicator, but he is in business with his son who is not a good communicator and has a terrible attitude. I don't know if this company does good work because they walked off the job without warning. Sad to see a company that's been in business for 30 years take a turn for the worse. read more

This family run business is not very "family oriented". Dad's great BUT the son who does the work isn't nice! He has a hot head, he's rude and generally unpleasant. After he walked off, we decided to part ways before the job begin. Not sure how they stay in business??? read more

They were punctual and thorough. . The finished product was better than we expected and the price was reasonable.

I love the refreshed paint job at my rental property. They also power washed and stained my older wooden fencing. John was very responsive and answered my many questions before and during the project. He provided a detailed contract and followed the schedule. He was not the cheapest bid, but keep in mind he is licensed, insured and has workers comp, which is worth the extra cost. He also provided a longer warranty than other painting contractors. read more

I hired AAA Painting Company and worked with John. He was very knowledgeable and helpful took his time to explain the process of what he would be doing and the difference in cheap materials vs what he recommended and I am glad I used the good stuff. He also did some custom work in all my house 2 time and 3 time pains in different room and they came out super clean. We are Seattle Seahawks fans and I had him paint two rooms with the Seahawks colors and they were super clean. I love the work and professionalism this company has. John even came back another day just to make sure his team did a great job and asked me for my satisfaction level with o told him 5 stars all the way. If you are considering painting, I strongly recommend him. read more

Super professional, on-time, great attention to detail. Marty was willing to do any touch ups that were asked. Only downside to spraying is be prepared to clean, clean, clean when everything's all done. They did a great job masking everything however the dust still manages to get through. We used AAA for the exterior of our house in 2015 and now they did the whole interior. read more

Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews ... and almost never give 5 stars (because everyone can do better, including me). I was looking for an exterior painting professional prior to the new roof and gutter install I had scheduled. John and I walked the property and determined what would and would not be painted. He made some suggestions regarding the type of paint on surfaces and the overall appearance. I appreciated that insight. It was fortunate that AAA Painting was able to accommodate my (roofing) schedule. We settled on a scope of the job. The crew (2 guys for my job) showed up on time, let me know what they were doing that day, and followed up at the end of the day. They let me know everyday of the project what was what. They did a GREAT job! I have a fair amount of hardscape and artificial turf surrounding the house that needed protection, and they made sure that paint didn't get "opps'd"! On the final walk-around I didn't detect any area that needed a touch-up -- and trust me 'I LOOKED'. Amazing!! On the final day/their clean-up day they realized that it was trash pick-up day in my neighborhood and, unbeknownst to me, they pulled my trash barrels to the curb for service prior to the trash trucks arriving. Above and beyond! I know this review is long. However, when you are spending a significant amount of money on a project it is important to read realistic reviews. (I have had some less than stellar experiences, so when I give a review it is because I believe you will receive the same level of service that I did with AAA Painting.) read more

Stay away! I schedule an appointment for Saturday the 14th and met with John. He did a walk-through for 45 minutes and there was multiple confusions with him understanding/listening to me the customer. He said I would receive an estimate that evening, to my surprise I received an email the following day as follows: Hello Daniel. Thank you for the opportunity. I do need to pass. I hope you find someone to do a great job for you. John First of all, he started the meeting bad mouthing my neighbor that he had previously did an estimate for. Second, he didn't listen very well and seemed disturbed by my detailed questions. We had no intent on hiring him after the initial meeting. But to receive an email as such from a owner of a company is unprofessional and unacceptable! Do yourself a favor, and don't use this company! read more

Worst paint job ever! We even had a 30 year painter tell us it was done wrong. They were in and out so fast and that was our first concern. The paint was painted so light on the walls you can actually see through it and it is impossible to touch up any marks or smudges. They sprayed the raised paneled walls in our family room and did not sand before painting and it raised the grain on the walls and it feels like sandpaper. Horrible! We are going to have to re-paint the whole house again and we paid them over $7000.00. And lastly, while painting they turned our brand new HAVC on and sucked up paint into the new unit and we had to have it professionally clean. I am sure there are better painters out there that stand behind their work with integrity and honesty. read more

I found AAA painting in the local home magazine. John returned my call right away and scheduled to come out. He spent time with us looking at the exterior of the house and selecting colors. He gave us a great price right there and scheduled the work for the following week. We got a discount for finding him in the home mag. His crew did a great job prepping the house and got the house and wrought iron fence painted in about a week. The end result was amazing. The house looks brand new. Thanks John for the great work and service. I highly recommend AAA Painting. read more

I hired John and AAA Painting to paint the exterior of my house a couple of months ago, based on seeing their work on another house in my neighborhood. I got a quote from them, as well as others. They weren't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. But I was comfortable paying a bit more because I had an opportunity to see their work first hand (neighbors house). The quality of the paining was very good. Great attention to detail. Good paint coverage and did all of the touch ups without me pointing them out. They were also very respectful of my property and yard (plants, grass), and cleaned up after themselves each day. However, the stucco crack repairs that they did were not to my satisfaction. They did the best they could by attempting to fix those problem areas, but their final result was not great. So John, wanting to remedy the situation, hired a stucco repair professional (on his own dime) to make it better. Although the full process took some time, the end result is a satisfied customer that is happy with how their house looks. Thank you John for going above and beyond to take care of the situation. read more

Highly recommend AAA Painting Co. The owner, John, came to our house, thoroughly assessed our home's exterior to provide an estimate, and the price was what we were expecting to pay. He identified areas that needed repair prior to painting and provided recommendations. You could tell he has decades of experience and that meant a great deal to me. He was able to recommend colors after listening to my specifications and they were spot on. I am very happy with the color of the house, trim, and door- turned out perfect. The crew, Justin, Marty, and Armando did a fantastic job from carefully prepping the house, painting the house with special attention to areas that needed detail work, and clean up. At the end of the job, Justin had us do an walk around inspection to make sure we were satisfied and was happy to rectify any areas that we identified. Another thing I really liked about AAA Painting was how organized John is- there is no doubt with what you have agreed upon- his written contract is very detailed. Whenever I called with a question, John was always available and he kept the lines of communication open. I will definitely use AAA Painting Co on my next project! read more

My experience with AAA painting was horrendous. First the Owner John was a good salesman and I thought he was giving us a good deal BUT I WAS WRONG.!!! The painters left a mess with tape and brown cover paper around my home left trash inside my home. Than as I inspected the paint job I noticed the painters painted over cable wires and screws didn't even bother to remove or even call us to ask if we wanted our cable wires painted over. My brand new french doors have paint on the glass. Don't waste your time or money. After I was done with John and told him about the messy paint job they did and how the colors were not even close to what I had picked he says "well I will paint again but for more $$$" are u kidding me I wanted him and his lousy company out of my home. I had a real painter some back to do over his bad paint job. John if reading this please do something about your customer satisfaction or your businesse will not do very well read more

They were professional , honest, From the very beginning; estimates, schedule start date and time, painting preparation , masking and cover up to the end, clean up. They provided great service. Love the paint job they did on my home. John was very patent and worked hard to find the exact color that we wanted for our house.

I was very impressed by the professionalism exhibited by John and his workers painting the exterior of my house. John communicated every step of the way to make sure I knew when they were coming, what prep work needed to be done on my end, what they would be doing, and how long it would take. They took great care to protect the concrete, block, and plants surrounding my property and my neighbor's so I wouldn't have to deal with a neighbor issue after they left. The work was great, the colors exactly what I wanted and no messy cleanup to deal with. My neighbors were also impressed with the quality of the work which keeps the peace...always a bonus. read more

Absolutely will NEVER use them again. They have painted 2 of my houses and this time was HORRIBLE. Plus when John and Justin came to look at what I was unhappy with they argued with me and talked to each other that the job looked great and DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. Master bedroom ceiling looked better before they painted even with the water stain. So disappointed and unhappy, will have to spend more money with someone else to fix it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY read more

I just had the exterior of my home painted by AAA Painting and I am totally pleased and satisfied with the work done. I had requested several quotes and AAA Painting was in the mid-range of the bids received. However, there are a couple things that made my experience with AAA Painting positive. First, John, the owner, is very experienced, friendly and was patient with me as I went back and forth on deciding my color choices. John spent a good amount of time discussing my project with me prior to starting. John also suggested painting my aluminum patio cover and offered to purchase/install the missing endcaps, which I had not considered at the time. I'm so I did now because it looks great! While John uses a crew for the painting, he performs a thorough walkthrough before, during and at project completion. He treats each project as if it is his own and wants the customer to be totally satisfied. Secondly, kudos to the crew Justin, Marty and Rich!! These guys were awesome how they worked together to get the job done quickly. They arrived early, on time and worked a straight 8-9 hours. I saw no slacking off or down time. These guys take their work seriously and are fast. Yet, if anything needs to be redone or touched up, they are willing to do it immediately. My newly painted house looks awesome and I would definitely use AAA Painting again. read more
