This is probably one of the best Quality Inns I have been to. The room was very spacious and clean. I have no complaints about my stay.

I opted for the King bed room, it had everything I needed in the way of furnishings.

I skipped eating there and hit Noble Crust for pizza not far away. The parking is paid via a separate app, which is annoying for a business trip. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were pretty good! I got a good night's sleep! And had a pretty good breakfast the next morning. I'd stay here again if I was in the area. Mainly because it's SO hard to find good pillows!

I stayed here for one night recently and would stay again next time I'm in the area. The staff was…read morefriendly, and it's clear that the property is new. With that, I was a bit surprised to see a fair bit of dings to the walls in our hotel room, but maybe we just happened to directly follow a rough guest! The room overall was definitely spacious with a nice kitchenette and comfortable sofa. The bed was pretty comfortable, but we got a bit exhausted throughout the night by the fact that neither the thin mattress pad/protector nor the fitted sheet fit the king bed; either they shrunk drastically in the wash or they were meant for a queen. The mattress pad/protector had "edges" to the cushioning that only went about 3/4 of the way across the bed, meaning my spouse and I both slept on the edge where the padding meets the thinner part intended to cover the sides of the mattress. The fitted sheet was the same; it only covered a couple inches of the mattress sides and popped off whenever one of us flipped over, leading to exposed mattress. It was obvious even at a glance that this stuff just did not fit the mattress, and if I'd been there for more than one night, I'd have asked for it to be replaced. The breakfast was pretty good with hot and cold options and a nice coffee area; the nook where the food was served was a bit hard to navigate but no big deal. I was a bit disappointed that they had a partisan news channel playing in the breakfast area; it doesn't seem like a good idea to have something one-sided playing in general and especially not just a couple days after an election. I do appreciate that there was a decent amount of seating, though. But as long as the sheets were a one-off and not how every king bed in the hotel is bedded, then I'd come again. I hope folks staying realize that it's not exactly close to Tampa; it is, however, definitely convenient to Wesley Chapel, which served our purposes well.

I was here for a conference for the week. ACCOMMODATION: Room was decent with a kitchenette, 2…read morebedrooms which I had to share with another attendee. Their room had a sliding wood/glass door that didn't lock and mine was a sliding door with flimsy latch. I def wouldn't have stayed if I was concerned about security...couldn't sit on patio as there were wasps nest. FRONT DESK: She needs training. RESTAURANT: Only one was open when I went (this was several months ago), they had like 4 items and RIDICULOUS prices and service was AWFUL, even for a to go... CAFE: Over priced again..and coffee not great. VALET: The young Hispanic guy that I kept crossing everytime I needed a cart ride was only into his phone. I was concerned at one point because he was driving while texting (yes I know it's a golf cart but still) he barely took his eyes off the phone. LAUNDRY: OLD dirty AND 2 did not work! Each bldg has 1 washer and dryer and I had to walk to different bldgs to find one that worked. GOLF: Anyone I came into contact with on the green was very nice. GYM: Gym was NOT walkable it was miles away. CATERING: Lady was nice that set up dinner and breakfast, not sure what the deal with the kitchen chef/staff was because twice they would come out and remove food we paid for before people even got to eat! Overall, good (If I was paying it would be rated diff). This place can try and update all they want, but without the proper staff it's not going to be a success. Highly recommend the owner gets a new manager because this one is not competent (never met the manager just assuming as they wouldn't have all these negative reviews if the manager was competent, whilst Reno isn't fixable...clean sheets and staff are).

I had high hopes for this resort, as we were here for a week for a corporate sales meeting. but…read moreunfortunately, the experience felt less like a relaxing getaway and more like being assigned to a forgotten outpost with room keys. The rooms were not only smelly and poorly cared for, but they came with a special bonus: food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Nothing says "luxury resort" quite like opening the fridge and discovering someone else's leftovers still enjoying their vacation. The entire hotel and conference center feels old, dated, and badly in need of attention. Not "charming historic character" dated -- more like "no one has invested in this place since fax machines were exciting" dated. Getting from the rooms to the conference center is its own endurance event. Be prepared to hike what feels like a country mile just to attend a meeting. They do offer golf cart pickup, theoretically. Whether someone actually arrives is apparently part of the resort's mystery-adventure experience. Food options were also a disappointment. The resort advertises a high-end steak restaurant, which sounds wonderful until you realize it was never open. That left the bar as the only real food option, because apparently nothing says resort dining like being forced to eat wherever someone happens to still be serving fries. Overall, this property is tired, inconvenient, poorly maintained, and wildly overpromised. The marketing suggests upscale resort. The reality suggests "conference center that gave up." I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy mystery leftovers, long walks, and the suspense of wondering whether basic services will happen.

Zephyr Inn Motel - A cucumber!!!!

In addition to the room rental fee, she had to put up a $30 deposit against potential damages, which she was told would be returned after checkout. First, I saw the owner/manager try to put her and the baby in a room that was already occupied--BY A STRANGE MAN! Then, he put her in the room next door, room 7. He told her not to run the air conditioner when she was not in the room, instructed her not to unlock or use the back door, and said she should take her trash to the dumpster behind the building--which meant she had to walk around the entire motel! This was supposed to be a non-smoking room for the baby's sake, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and had a used ash tray on the table. The refrigerator barely worked, the tiny shower was nasty, and there was no telephone or WiFi at all. On the first morning of my daughter's stay in the room, she stepped outside the front door for a few minutes, then went back inside and put her baby on the bed to get her dressed for the day. She was HORRIFIED when she noticed the back door of the room standing WIDE OPEN. She couldn't get the door to stay closed, and when I got there, it wouldn't close for me, either. The knob just turned around & around and there was no deadbolt in the hole where one belonged. I had to rig the door closed with a bent clothes hanger so she could go to work, and she left a voicemail for the manager. He called her back later, saying he would fix it. When she returned to the room that night, there was a note on the door instructing her to not attempt to open the back door because the door was bolted shut. She had not tried to open it to begin with! It opened on its own when she opened up the front door. The manager had told her to lock her key in the room when she was done using the room. The office was closed when she checked out. She left voicemail messages for him Saturday morning and again on Sunday, inquiring about her deposit. The manager finally called her back Monday afternoon and told her she would not be getting her deposit back because she had broken the refrigerator and door lock. She was devastated, as she had been counting on that money for other things. His faulty equipment is not her fault--she didn't damage it! We felt as though she was scammed.

The manager gave me ONE towel in the office at check-in the room was FILTHY! only saw one cockr oach BUT spent an entire day cleaning before I felt anywhere near less than disgusted. Bruises on my knees from scrubbing. Even a cucumber under the bathroom sink! Plus I changed the shower curtain as well. My last night I had paid for I had informed the manageur I was getting my apartment maybe that evening. He barged into my room at 8:00 and told me I had to leave because I had already packed. He had no vacancies and wanted the clean room. Also, there's no smoke detectors in the rooms.
