I will never stay at this property again. There is nothing they could ever do to change my mind. It's a dirty, unsafe property owned by people who refuse to look after guest safety and violate state fire laws. They have two types of staff. Rude, just following orders aka brainless and poorly trained family members that are clueless and lazy. Avoid this nasty place at all costs. This place was very scary. The receptionist (male) was not very informative, with a missing tooth. The first set of keys didnt work the second set of keys didnt work. Put in another room. Floor was lumpy, no hot water, we seen the mouse run out of the room. The freezer had a frozen beer in there that was there forever, the view was a dumpster. The ceiling had water damage, the pillows..one was big the other one was small, the tags were so old. The yogart was expired too. They kept the outside door open for anyone to walk in and I heard my door handle wiggle twice during the night. Is is dirty, and unsafe. There wasnt even an elevator. read more

Worst hotel. Do not stay. Dirty and unclean. It's not acceptable and the owners should be ashamed.

My hubby and I stayed here on our way home. I was totally grossed out when I started looking around after getting all settled in. It was late and I really should have contacted the front desk but was to tired to find something else. There was a mold ring in the toilet. Mold in the shower, which I didn't notice until morning when I went to take a shower. Corner by the tub had wall paper peeling and didn't look like it had been cleaned well. When I went to crawl into bed, I don't think they had been changed after the previous person. Looked like crumbs on the sheet. I brushed them off and didn't take a picture. In the morning I told the front desk what I had found and even showed her the pictures. She apologized and said I'd get a discount which was never applied to my hubby's card. What can you improve everything!!!! No elevator! We had to make a few trips to the car!!!! This place is old and smells like cigarettes! They put us in the new part, I hate to see the old part. I have not eaten their breakfast as of yet. The room is a good size but everything about this place is old! We can not believe this hotel is on choice!!!! We have stayed in quality inns and this is the worse! So this morning go down for their breakfast NO COFFEE! The bed has springs popping out! I would be ashamed to have this place on choice. I guess you get what you pay for, I wish I could give 0 stars. We had a horrible experience at Quality Inn! A family member was having a baby at a hospital nearby and we made a last minute decision to spend the night here. We noticed a used washcloth in the bathroom right off, it was late and we were tired so we decided to let it go. We checked the mattresses for bed bugs as you do, and didn't see anything. When we woke up we saw a bed bug on a lamp shade and two on a pillow! Other grossness included used dental floss under a cushion and a pool that was a bright shade of green. We immediately left after seeing the bugs. We took everything to a laundromat to put in the dryer and vacuumed the car. Quality Inn would only refund half our money. Even if we had received a full refund, we are NEVER staying at a Quality Inn again! read more

I stayed one night for business 11/14/18 This hotel is in serious need of renovating. The electric outlets in the room I had were very old, some loose. The coffee pot had some nasty smelly white residue..looked like old milk in it so I couldn't use it. I had no hot water the next morning, having to wash my hair with cold water was not fun.The bed was very comfy which was nice. I had to leave before they served breakfast so I can not comment on how that was. The locals at the business I worked at the next day said it used to be really nice many years ago but is known for being very seedy, mainly truckers and construction crews stop there. I did notice several trucks in the lot.As a lone gal I did not feel safe at all there. Not enough lighting in the parking lot ect. I will NEVER stay there again. read more

I never do reviews but I have to say this was not a great stay for me. When I first I got in the hallway to my room it smelt weird. Like an antique shop . I passed this sketch underground looking hallway that looked straight out of a murder movie. Cement walls floor and ceiling dark and narrow. So already I'm sketched out. I thought since there was luggage carts, there would be an elevator but there's not . I have problems in my knee and my shoulder so carrying all my luggage to the second floor wasn't ideal. Also for handicap guests I'm sure it's not either . Well I tried to put all of that aside and take a hot shower and there was no hot water, zero. I had it turned all the way to hot and kept it there for a while and it was still cold . I'd give one star but the lady at the front desk did everything she could to find extra blankets for me and she was so sweet so that's why I give this location 2 stars . I know this review makes me sound like a complainer and I truly try to find the best in every situation but I'm reaching at this point to find something positive. read more

I would give no stars or negative stars if we could. To start the hotel is in need of repairs everywhere. The hallways are straight out of a horror movie, the lady at the front desk is very rude. The breakfast was ehh, they ran out cereal 3 days of the 8 days we stayed. The waffle maker had no spray so every waffle came out looking like a tornado hit it. The fire alarm went of 3 times no fires. All while everyone was sleeping, fire department came 1 time during the 3 times it went off. Scared our kids to death, never got a sorry for the issue with the alarm. Not even a how are doing. The hotel is smoke free but for some reason smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Our room was a max of 4 people, but house keeping would only give 2 towels at a time, we had to everyday ask for more. This hotel is just overall horrible, and at $79 a night its definitely not worth te month. The Motel 6 right next door was better then this. Beware of this hotel read more
