Curtains Broke, Stained and have Paint
    Dillon F.

Shithole. Cheap for the price I suppose. A/C blows cold. But sleeping in clothes cause everything is stained. If it wasn't 1 am we would find somewhere else.. Also NO ELEVATOR! Stairs only.

    Stained desk

This place was absolutely disgusting, which is sad because the people at the desk seem very kind. I nearly puked when I lifted the toilet seat and there was someone's dirty leg prints on the toilet. Please see pictures. How was this not cleaned off? Absolutely disgusting......... This place was a dump, my room smelled, there were water marks all over the desk. That can be dismissed but what cannot be overlooked is the MISSING SMOKE ALARM in the room! Wires were just dangling down. Holy what? Another Yelper took pictures of it, I must have stayed in the same room she was in. There was mold all over the bathroom. Behind the toilet, on the ceiling above the shower head. No way was I risking showering in there. It was gross on many levels. There is a timer with a heated lamp inside. Some little shampoos and a bar of soap on the towel for the shower. I ended up cancelling my 3 nights stay. I wanted to walk right back out of there but sucked it up. One night stay it was. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed, inside the room in general. They tried their best to make things pleasant but they really need to clean up their act. NOTE the hot tub and pool are STILL out of order. People are saying this is to lure people in. It might work for some but this wasn't the reason I stayed. I didn't bother with the breakfast either. This stay was bizarre. Soda cans are $1 quarters only. There is a vending machine but it was quite empty. They did have a book with info inside of restaurants around. Pro tip: the tv took me forever to figure out. I thought it was broken but I don't watch much tv. Look up the channel guide in the book and enter the 2 digit code. You have to do it individually. You cannot use the channel up or down. I was highly frustrated with this in the beginning.

    Beautiful clean bathrooms

Musta gotten new housekeepers cuz it's way cleaner than it used to be. Nice as hell dude

    Smoke detector missing

Never again. The smell is awful like cigarette smoke through the whole place, even though it I'd a smoke free building. You know it's bad when the two rooms I went to (I asked to switch) had three bathroom fan running in both of them. My smoke detector wasn't attached. The bedding is scratchy and old, to the point that I just layered up with clothes on top instead of sleeping in it.

    Left behind

No quality in this Inn. Front desk personnel was not very friendly. Hotel was a hot mess. Room wasn't cleaned very well. Items left behind in drawers. Stay away at all cost! Very disappointed!

Busted hot tub, has apparently been like this months but they still use it as a selling point online.

Dingy, dirty, had to move rooms multiple times. First room had a broken window with a huge gap, we wouldn't be able to cool the room or keep out bugs or the noise from the bar crowd right behind the hotel. Graffiti on the outer walls, everything is broken down... don't expect to use any of the "amenities," you never know what will be working. Hot tub has been out of commission for months, but they still use it to lure in guests. The pool area looked like a place you might catch an infection. None of the rooms we were put in were clean. Floors were dirty and stained, I don't even want to know with what kind of fluids. Everything was falling apart, our door was splitting into three parts on the bottom. The windows weren't even clean. We woke up to a bug walking across the sheets. We got some rest, and luckily they have a fridge, microwave and a small tv. It will get you by in a pinch, but this is probably the worst place I've ever stayed- and I've stayed in a $30 a night motel. I didn't expect this level of seediness from a $100 a night hotel. Also don't plan on eating the "free breakfast" unless you have a stomach made of steel. You will pay for it later. Plus it's a little hard to eat with the weird stink that permeates the building.

A long time ago my mother once told me if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. With that being said, all I have to say about my $92.00 a night room is (See photos)

The nightmare started at check-in. I always use the pre-check-in feature to get my mobile key and head straight to my room. When I arrived, the manager on duty actually tried to argue with me, claiming that using the mobile key process was "illegal." After that absurd power trip, they made me wait forever for a room. Despite my request for a high floor near the elevator, they stuck me on the first floor. Then came the key fiasco. The physical key didn't work. The mobile key didn't work. I hiked back to the desk, the manager made a new key, and--shocker--that one didn't work either. His excuse? He told me the mobile key takes "10 minutes" to activate. I stay at Marriotts constantly; that is a blatant lie and a pathetic attempt to cover for their broken system. The property itself is a total letdown. It looks drab and dated for a relatively new hotel, and they don't even offer EV chargers. I usually choose this brand for the consistent quality, but this specific location is absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Lots of options for casual sit-down or grab-and-go meals. And if I need groceries, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are close by too. Plenty of parking spaces in the shared lot with the Residence Inn. Rooms are clean and spacious with a couch and desk if you want to get some work done in your room.

I liked the makeup remover wipes and Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion that were in the bathroom. This place was a comfortable stay while on a business trip. I liked how there were also two dining options within walking distance of the hotel, too. The hotel was under construction when I visited on more than one visit, and I've stayed in both the newly renovated and also the older style rooms, and both were fine. The bed was pretty standard for Marriott, which is good, but even at Marriotts, I get a lot of super flimsy pillows which can ruin a night's sleep. ** YMCA They don't have a fitness center on premise, but across the street is a YMCA. It's free for Marriott Rewards members, and $5 for anyone else. It takes 2 minutes to sign up for Marriott Rewards, so you should just do it. I didn't get the chance to go, but they have a mini waterpark for kids it looked like, and I'm sure it's about as good or better than a Bally's inside. I actually wouldn't mind the small inconvenience of walking across the street (call it a warmup) as long as they have real equipment and there's not a line for each machine/weight. CONS ** 2nd Floor Hallway Smells Bad It smells like somebody (or some people) ate a bunch of food, drank a ton of liquor, threw up in the hallway, and management used some kind of cleaner to clean it, maybe a month ago. It smells terrible, but it's not so strong that you can pinpoint it right away and start heaving. Well, I guess if you're really sensitive, it might be bad. At least the room smells clean! ** Ice & Vending Machines Only on 1st Floor Sucks if you're on the 2nd. First World Problems, but yes, you have to take the elevator (or stairs) to the first floor. Cash only. ** TV is not HD It's an HD TV, and the remote says Comcast, but not only is the programming not HD, a lot of the channels have black bars on the top and bottom (letterboxing). The weird thing is, it's already a widescreen TV. ** Alarm Clock is Incredibly Faint Probably just a broken alarm clock in my room, but still, you can hardly even hear the alarm clock when you're an inch from the speaker. Waking me up is no easy task, and this alarm clock ** No Easy Desk Outlets Ok, if you're going to have a desk, chances are, in this day and age, that someone will have something electrical on top of it. You'd expect them to need power, so why is the outlet under the desk where you have to crawl to get to? This must have been the first hotel I've stayed at in a long time that didn't have an outlet on the top of the desk.

This was gross, but "code browns" happen all the time in pool areas and we wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. The real shocker came when we immediately notified the person at the front desk and no one ever came to clean it. The guy at the front desk told us he'd call the manager but was in no rush to close the hot tub to clean up the feces that was inches from the water. We saw people all night going in and out of the hot tub WHILE IT WAS STILL THERE - no concern for guest safety in the slightest! Sure enough, after hesitantly deciding to stay the night, it was all still there in the pool area the next morning, well over 12 hours since we notified the staff. We talked to multiple staff members that day and the following morning before checking out about possibly getting the cost for the room discounted, or at the very least getting the literal poop cleaned up so we could go swimming. Each time we were told that they would "let the manager know", but aside from that, no one made any effort at all to do anything about it. It wasn't until a very kind blonde staff member (didn't catch her name) heard us while we were getting breakfast the next morning and rushed to get it cleaned. Overall, it was an awful experience. The staff were kind but incredibly unhelpful, no manager was present, they let people sit in the hot tub next to a biohazard all night - there is seemingly no care at all for the safety of guests considering they left excrement out in the open near the water for over 12 hours! Stay far away and go anywhere else.
