The nightmare started at check-in. I always use the pre-check-in feature to get my mobile key and head straight to my room. When I arrived, the manager on duty actually tried to argue with me, claiming that using the mobile key process was "illegal." After that absurd power trip, they made me wait forever for a room. Despite my request for a high floor near the elevator, they stuck me on the first floor. Then came the key fiasco. The physical key didn't work. The mobile key didn't work. I hiked back to the desk, the manager made a new key, and--shocker--that one didn't work either. His excuse? He told me the mobile key takes "10 minutes" to activate. I stay at Marriotts constantly; that is a blatant lie and a pathetic attempt to cover for their broken system. The property itself is a total letdown. It looks drab and dated for a relatively new hotel, and they don't even offer EV chargers. I usually choose this brand for the consistent quality, but this specific location is absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Lots of options for casual sit-down or grab-and-go meals. And if I need groceries, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are close by too. Plenty of parking spaces in the shared lot with the Residence Inn. Their complimentary breakfast is incredibly convenient--perfect for grabbing a quick meal before heading out for the workday. Rooms are clean and spacious with a couch and desk if you want to get some work done in your room.

The only downside was that it was very noisy. I have to point out that Jen Lange is an excellent professional, and I hope Hilton recognizes her hard work and dedication to customer service. Fortunately, this Hilton has good restaurant service, and the food is very well prepared. See you next time.

I was a bit put off by a large group of very loud men watching the football playoffs in the lobby. Good game, I'm sure, but they were very loud and shouting expletives. My room was nice, but I was surprised to see how wrinkled all of the bedding was. There was also debris on the floor. The bathroom was fully stocked and had cutely folded towels. My window faced the freeway, which was moderately noisy, but the high quality draperies helped block some of that out. The shower was clean and had great water pressure. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and the pillows were all different sizes and not comfortable whatsoever. The room had a Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, and a nice selection of coffee and tea. It was quiet during my stay, with the exception of checking in. I did not utilize any of the amenities. I'd stay here again but would probably ask for additional/different pillows next time.

I've stayed at other La Quinta by Wyndham in the past so I figured this one was just as good. I'm super disappointed. When I walked into the room, it had a bad odor. I realized the odor was coming from the AC. They must not maintenance the AC or the ducts of the hotel since the smell was a mixture of cigarettes and weed. The floors were dusty and the disabled shower chair was gross with the last persons hairs stuck to it. It was obvious housekeeping did a poor job. I could have lived with these disappointments until housekeeping woke me up in the morning while I had the "do not disturb" door hanger on the door handle. Not only once but twice! I called the front desk immediately about this rudeness. The same man answered the phone twice and assured me that he will let housekeeping know about this problem. The second knock was when I was still getting ready. I opened the door and the lady in front me acted like she didn't do anything wrong. I pointed out the red door hanger and asked her if she knew what it meant since she had an accent and a foreigner I figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt since my parents are foreigners too. She gave me a dirty look as if I was doing her wrong! Oh no, she understood English well and totally ignored the red sign on the handle bc she looked at the sign and said "oh yea, sorry." She knew and even if she didn't speak English she saw the sign on the door handle and purposely ignored it. When I checked out at the front, I spoke to the same man who I called earlier to complain about housekeeping and he said he had already spoken to housekeeping. Since I booked with Hotels.com, I called to let them know about my experience. Hotels.com called the hotel on my behalf to verify my complaint and the man at the front desk said he handled it and hung up on the lady who was helping. She said she didn't finish speaking to him and he hung up on her. Moral of the story is running a great business comes from the top of the chain in order for everyone else does their job with respect and dignity. The front desk was just as bad as housekeeping!! They don't care.

She quickly signed us in and with a smile on her face, went to find the luggage cart we requested. Her love of people & pride in her work shined in everything she did. The suite was spacious & I'd only suggest a couple of folding chairs so that people could sit to eat or play games at the island. Their complimentary cocktails (which Tay quickly steered us to given our late arrival) were much appreciated & in the morning, their breakfast (also complimentary) was very good with hot & cold cereals, fresh fruit & yogurt, waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes and excellent made to order omelettes.
