Although the dining room is small, they have more variety of breakfast totems than most places (even the more expensive ones). But I asked for a room with two queen beds, plus extra towels and blankets, and the staff was quick, kind, and able to accommodate everything I needed. The room itself was very clean -- same with the bathroom. I love that they use Dove soap, and my kiddo loved the lotion, which was a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable; we were out cold within a couple of hours of getting settled. There were plenty of outlets for all our devices, which is always a huge plus. My only small complaint was the TV -- the bottom of the screen was shaky like it might be going out. We only used it to watch the game before bed, so it wasn't a big deal. She then states we only have. "General Manager" and that she would be in on Monday. I was still ok with that. I thought I was ending the call by saying and I quote "I will give her until Noon to give me a call or I will call back". She then yells at me and says "NO MAAM YOU WILL NOT GIVE HER A TIME FRAME" she does not have to call you before 12. At this point I am trying to stillllll Communicate with her very politely and professionall. I asked her to stop talking over me and of course she did not. I then stress heavily that I am not happy and the plains that I had planned so far ahead of time have now been voided. She is still yapping about me not being able to say when her GM should call me.You would think that I have Not been put in a hard predicament, but that she was in one. I was done and asked her if she could give me her gm's name in which she did. But low and behold when asking for her first and last name she goes into another frenzy and yelling match. Pluses are the friendly front desk, the complimentary hot breakfast, the warm beds, spacious rooms, and plenty of parking. The areas that could use some improvement is the exercise room, specifically the water dispenser in there along with the replenishment of workout towels. Also they make you sign a waiver indicating you'll be charged if you have to change your reservation in less than 48 hrs notice once you check in. Fortunately I did not have this issue during my stays here but if you're here on business, you'll want to consider these circumstances should your assignment change and you have to check out earlier than you wanted to. The hotel does what it needs to do so no complaints for me. Although if there are better hotel options such as the Hampton or the soon-to-be Fairfield Inn coming, I'd go with those.
