There were some machine hoggers holding their space while absent and playing two machines at a time which really bothers me. All the employees were super nice. I really enjoyed Jo's - ate there for Hibachi then again for a bahn mi which was excellent! Also ate at BR prime at the bars. Service and food and drinks was great. I lost money which wasn't great. Haha Eight75 - loved it - both bands were amazing and drinks and staff were on point. Rooms could have better lighting and bathroom needed updating but beds were comfy and bath lotions and body wash was so good I ordered some online!

I was unable to get any sleep. This is completely unacceptable. I have stayed in countless hotels, including many in Las Vegas, and I have never experienced outside noise like this. The music is coming from outdoor speakers, and it's in 24/7. I regret so much coming to this property. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I sincerely hope you address these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

We love this place!…read more Great historic hotel my wife found. It's right across from the Gulf. Gorgeous! The front desk staff is magnificent! We arrived early and they took care of us. Housekeeping is fantastic. Lovely, big, clean rooms. We stayed in a sweet suite. Great bar in the lobby. Nice restaurant. I'd come back for sure.

1-star experience, but credit where credit is due…read more Unfortunately, our stay started off very poorly. We experienced consistent rude and dismissive service, including an issue with opened silverware, inconsistent drink pricing, and a restaurant manager who was completely dismissive when we attempted to provide feedback. Honestly, it made sense why his behavior and lack of care had echoed onto his staff. The front desk service also lacked basic greetings and acknowledgment. It was like they didn't know how to speak to customers. At one point, I called and asked for the manager by his first name, and the woman said, "We don't have anyone here by that name." I explained what he was wearing, and she said, "Oh, we only call him by his last name." I was just shocked. How would I know that? And how do you not know your own manager? On top of that, there was an AC leak in our room, and my mother almost slipped and fell. There was also a strong smell that seemed like mold. After we raised our concerns, hotel management did make an effort to correct the situation. They moved us to a different room and provided complimentary dinner and breakfast at Cora's restaurant as an apology for the rude service and behavior. They were unable to provide a refund because we booked through a third party. I do want to give credit where it is absolutely deserved: the food at Cora's was wonderful, and the service was excellent. Ryan, Lynn, and David genuinely saved the experience for us. They were kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel welcomed. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, especially moving our room and providing the meals. However, the initial treatment and condition of the property significantly impacted our stay. Traveling with my mother, who is older, I expected basic courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism from the beginning. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. For location and comfy beds, sure. For warm, A+ service, go elsewhere. You can absolutely enjoy the drinks and food at the restaurant without subjecting yourself or your family to the lack of care or appreciation we experienced as guests here. Cora's: wonderful food and wonderful service. Ryan, Lynn, and David were the bright spot of our stay.

I know it's coming from the casino but it was strong and pungent. Even tried to enjoy dinner (Sugar Factory which was awesome) which is right next to the casino, but the smell was terrible. Our room was fine, cracked plaster, a loose light switch and a random long hair on the wall. The bed was comfortable so there was that. They have an enormous pool which the kids enjoyed. I probably won't be back. Although the room's smell was fine and overall the hotel look was nice, I couldn't handle the cigarette smell all over the place. Hope this helps!

I've been coming to Biloxi for years and have stayed at the Hard Rock countless times…read more Unfortunately, the property has steadily declined in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The pool area is a nice setup, but it could use some cleaning attention. They should also invest in some flowers and greenery out there, as it feels a bit sparse and not very inviting. That said, I always enjoy my stays here. The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. The lobby is stunning -- beautiful floors, gorgeous chandeliers, and well-maintained greenery that adds a lush, welcoming touch. The theme speaks for itself -- "Legends." Beautiful black-and-white framed photos of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and other icons set the perfect tone. The chandeliers in the rooms are a lovely touch as well.

You also get a faux casino chip coin for a free beverage of your choice at the lobby restaurant (when open) as well as at the barista counter where you can get a specialty coffee, house wine and select beer and other continental breakfast and snack items. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable; however, beds were a little too small as I feel they should go up to king sized. Also, no microwaves are provided in the rooms. Decor is from the Hollywood celebrities glamour of the 40's which is a little cool but also a little too overdone. Loved that this is a smoke free hotel as most lodging at the nearby casinos is not smoke free. Would have loved to stay at least one more night! Short from a five star review is due to the lobby restaurant only open on Weds-Sun evenings and no laundry facilities on site. Parking is plentiful and free of charge.
