We had several circumstances out of our control that delayed the listing of our home which meant we had to move across the country before selling. Julie was patient and knowledgeable through every step of the way. She helped us manage staging, cleaning and multiple contractors on-site for us AFTER we relocated and got us the best price we could have hoped for. Several other homes in our neighborhood have sat for months, but our home was under contract within a week. She even helped us to sell some of our furniture that we left behind to save on staging and moving costs. Julie is a rockstar!!! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants an agent who puts in the work and goes the extra mile.

Please let this be a WARNING to all future tenants. I know it's hard to find housing in this town,…read morebut please do not rent from RE 831! The owner Suzie does not think of you as a person you are just a pocketbook to her. I lived in my apartment for five years and it was so sad to see neighbors come and go so frequently due to the yearly 10% rent increase. I have plenty of stories about Suzie and her employee Lisa acting as though they are beyond superior to me and my other neighbors. Stories Including the owners coming onto my property and going inside without asking, I know a few past tenants that have had to take her to small claims. But here is my doozy of a story. Buckle up because it's a good one, I have attached screenshots of emails of proof of this happening. When I moved in one of my neighbors that I had shared a wall with were sadly using drugs heavily, and there was a lot of domestic violence going on. They eventually moved out. About a week later after them moving out , I heard and saw one of the old tenants coming and going showering and bringing people over in the middle of the night while the house was empty. I called the police and emailed Suzie about this multiple times and in her emails she states that she DOUBTS I am hearing and seeing this man coming and going in the middle of the night to an empty house and squatting. Let me tell you, I spoke to him one of the mornings when he was leaving, I have video of him coming and going, and yes, I had made two police reports about this. She still "doubted" that I was seeing and hearing him. I was concerned for my neighbors safety and myself. I was shocked at the carelessness and heartless manner that Suzie was handling the situation. I'm just beyond words that people like her even exist on this planet, so please , if you want to be treated like a human being and that your concerns and money mattertake my story as a warning and do not rent from RE 831. Edit : After posting my original review above, I decided I wanted to add the screenshots of Susie and Lisa trying to cover their steps after admitting that the owners had come into my apartment with no prior communication. Mind you, they came into my apartment while I was moving out. The screenshots for this incident are from my email with the little moon symbol so you don't get confused of the two events. Sorry if they are posting out of order! Also, my building was falling apart! The termites are running rampant in this building, and Susie was notified of this matter multiple times and nothing has been done. You can hear rodents running through the walls, my light fixture stopped working because I believe rats probably ate through the wiring in my ceiling. The only time you'll ever see Susie is when she zooms up the driveway in her Porsche Cayenne to collect change from the washer and dryer that barely even works.

Our initial viewings went great, and I was impressed with his knowledge not just of the area, but of construction and contracting work. He was able to give me an assessment of the houses' quality, of course-- but also of the process and costs involved in making various improvements. This on its own would've made me more than happy with his work. But he continued to go above and beyond, taking trips out to compare options during our inspection period, and helping me lay out a budget for future improvements to different potential homes. Even after the purchase was completed and every responsibility he might have was discharged, he continued helping. He put me in touch with skilled workers who conducted needed repairs. More, he helped me find options that were affordable to someone budget-conscious-- a trait that I think describes a lot of people trying to enter the housing market right now. Danny helped me find my dream home. But more, he helped make it a dream I felt satisfied and confident in achieving. He and his people made every step of the purchase process smooth, and helped clarify communications with the other parties before they could even become a problem. He's friendly, skilled, and genuinely invested in helping the clients he takes on. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I've done a lot of real estate transactions and worked with over 20 realtors throughout the years…read more Danny was not my first choice, honestly. I had worked with two other SC realtors before and while each had their pros and cons, both were higher on my list when I interviewed to sell my Bonny Doon home. Yet Danny differentiated himself as the best for this particular sale both during my selection process and the sales process. What set him apart? 1) He HUSTLED. When I first contacted him to let him know I'd be open to selling my house off market (along with the two other realtors) he was the ONLY one to find potential buyers. He brought 3 people to my home within a month of my mention that I was open to selling. No other realtor brought me one. When I decided to list with him, he was Johnny on the Spot with tremendous responsiveness overall. 2) He has construction contacts and works them hard, not just providing static referrals. I needed to get my house and yard looking good (had renters before) in very short order as I didn't have the cash flow to go without rental income for long. In our interview, when I explained this need, he actually got on the phone in that moment and scheduled his (very good!) landscape guy for Monday (this was a Friday). He had flooring guys, painting guys, the works, and he was willing to spend his time and energy to get them on site in short order. Once I signed with him, he followed through. This was the number one issue for me with this sale in this market. 3) He was very responsive overall, always answering calls and getting back on issues very quickly. 4) We got the house sold at a decent price before putting it on the market. Yes, I could have tested the market but it would have cost me about 20k to fix the place up completely and with a complicated rent back situation putting hair on the deal, he found the PERFECT buyers. Saved them money over what they would have spent had it gone on market, likely saved me money given the hair on any potential deal, and saved himself money on marketing etc. A triple win. Can't beat that.
