They recently added a night market from 6 to 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. There's live music on Saturdays. There's a lot of foods and desserts for sale through local vendors and food trucks. I saw vendors selling ice cream (which was good BTW) and baked goods. You also find lots of people selling items they made. For example, soap, art/paintings, candles and lots more. Some of the vendors allow you to sample their foods and items before buying. Maybe I missed it but...the items I would've liked seeing more of are homegrown fruits and vegetables. I didn't see anyone selling any. We came for the food trucks recently. There's quite a few. One food truck I enjoyed was Formula. They offer boba tea, smoothies, ice cream and a couple of other foods. I saw three or four taco food trucks. I've tried Ayy Cucula and I wasn't impressed at all. I wrote separate reviews on these 2 food trucks. We also tried Placeres Culposos. So good here! I recommend their quesabirria and alambre tacos. Their lemonade is tasty too. A separate review is coming soon. Sleepy Sloth desserts are also great! A few were really sweet for me. I enjoyed their cookies and brownies the most. A separate review is coming soon. Overall, it's a pretty good place to check out. Bring the family and/or significant other. I'd also recommend wearing comfortable shoes because you'll be doing some walking. Most people also park their vehicles across the street in the dirt. Be careful if you do! There's a lot of oncoming traffic on Country Club Road. There should be a crosswalk painted there in the street. Sometimes someone helps people cross the street on Saturday mornings. Parts of the market are in the dirt. The last thing you'd want to do is sprain an ankle or trip. I'd also wear a cap and sunscreen, especially on Saturday mornings. Don't forget a mask! Vendors accept cash or card, paper and plastic. Most vendors are really nice and talkative. You might even make a new friend or two. Support local!

Having just returned from Japan, walking through the store brought back a lot of great memories. It has that familiar atmosphere, with a wonderful selection of imported products that can be difficult to find elsewhere in the area. The store carries an impressive variety of Korean and Japanese ingredients, snacks, frozen foods, beverages, and fresh produce. Their prepared food section is also worth a visit. The Korean dumplings are outstanding, especially the glass noodle dumplings, which are among my favorites. They also offer delicious japchae, kimchi jjigae, and many other ready-to-enjoy Korean specialties. The store recently came under new management, so unfortunately the 10% military discount is no longer available. Some imported items are definitely on the expensive side, but that is to be expected with specialty products shipped from overseas. Overall, I still find the pricing to be fair, particularly considering the quality, authenticity, and selection. What truly keeps me coming back is the customer service. Marianna and Beth are always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer questions, recommend products, and make every visit enjoyable. So, If you're looking for authentic Korean or Japanese ingredients, prepared meals, or simply want to experience a taste of East Asia, Arirang is absolutely worth a visit!!!

A very good selection for the size of the store. They have limited produce and side dishes, but they are excellent quality. The refrigerated cases and the two large frozen sections are excellent. They also sell a good variety of base ingredients, oils, vinegars, soy sauces, jangs, spices, seasoning mixes and condiments. And a whole aisle of instant ramen and other instant noodles! Heavy on Korean options, but they also have some Japanese, Indonesian and other offerings. There are tea and snack sections too. And a good rice selection - multiple varieties of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and more. Service is always quick and efficient. The store is very clean and I feel confident and safe buying my food there.

Despite its modest size, it offers an impressive selection of Asian condiments, sauces, spices, noodles, fresh vegetables, and many of the specialty ingredients needed to prepare a traditional bowl of pho from scratch. One of the store's greatest strengths is its friendly, personal service. An extends a warm welcome and is always happy to help customers find the right ingredients. If you're unsure what you need for a pho recipe or another Asian dish, don't hesitate to ask--her knowledge and willingness to assist make shopping here a pleasure. The ambiance is simple and functional rather than fancy, but that's part of its local and neighborhood charm. While some items are priced a bit higher than at Arirang, which generally offers better overall value, it's important to remember that operating costs on El Paso's west side are higher. Supporting independent, locally owned specialty markets like this one helps preserve the diversity and convenience they bring to the community. Let's go El Paso let's support Saigon Market!
