He said I'd need a new one in probably 2 years. Called again last week. Different guy came out. It was the breaker again and he changed a filter. There are 2 white boxes, one on the unit and one on the floor. He asked me what they were. ?? I don't know. If you don't know I certainly don't. He said oh I think it's an air purifier. It's not doing anything you can unplug it. It was making a noise so my husband unplugged it. 6 hours later we had a flood. Destroyed brand new carpet, shoes, leather goods etc. The "air purifier" was actually the condensation pump. That should never have been unplugged. 48 hours of fans going, mopping etc. Celtic service manager said. Nothing they can do. Guess who's not getting our business.

I wish all of the professionals in Cape May lived up to the high standard set by Cape May Electric!…read more I had an issue come up around 8 one night. I did an Internet search and then called Cape May Electric and another company further north. CME called me back within a few minutes, walked me through a checklist to see if I could solve the problem without a service call, and then (when I couldn't) scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. Dylan systematically identified the problem and fixed it for a fair price. Oh, and the other electrician, who bragged about their service, finally called me back when Dylan was almost done. Five stars for Cape May Electric!
