The plumbers who actually do the work are wonderful - they arrive on time, are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Last week, we had a major leak at our water meter. This meant the water needed to be turned off. We called Bradshaw and Son for assistance with the repair. Unbelievably, we were told by whoever it is that answers the phone that he could not "fit us in" for ABOUT TWO WEEKS! We reminded him that we were regular, long-standing customers, but the answer was the same. We pointed out that we had no water coming into the house. NOPE! TOO BUSY! was the answer. Needless to say we will never hire them again. We were torn about writing this review because the workers who come to our house are wonderful. But, whoever answers their phone needs to learn how to prioritize the requests for service he receives. Living without running water for two weeks was not an option. We found a plumber we had never known before. He was 40 miles away, but travelled to our home, diagnosed the problem and repaired it in two hours. It's too bad that Bradshaw's scheduler couldn't or wouldn't do the same.

When we visited after, we noticed a large amount of water sitting in the bottom of the sink cabinet. It had badly warped the cabinet bottom and mildew was growing. When I mentioned this to the scheduler (I took pains to be pleasant about it) and asked for repair, she was very defensive, finally saying the owner would have to call. When he did, he was belligerent, defensive, and accusatory of anyone but his crew. My husband was so agitated he drove the 2.5 hours down to take photos to send to Mr. Byron. We heard nothing back, and finally told him to close our account. We showed the photos to a licensed plumber who told us Byron's had not capped our pipe and that was the source of the water. Byron's did nothing to rectify the situation and showed no urgency to supply good customer service. Would NEVER recommend them.

I had someone from my condo association shut off the water, and they suggested calling Majewski plumbing for help. I called Franks number and immediately got a text that he would call me right back, and he did! I explained my problem, and he came out within an hour, shut my water off at the problem sink, turned the water on in the rest of my condo, emergency solved. He will be out tomorrow to fix the problem at my sink. When you live in cape may county year round, it is very difficult to find such quick, reliable service. I will tell everyone I know about Franks business. Today was another reminder for me, of how some people have to live without water and housing. I am grateful for my roof, running hot water, and the great service I received from Majewski's plumbing.

I feel that they took great care to cause the least amount of damage to the drywall to get to the problem area above and the estimate was a fair price for the work that had to be done. He said I'd need a new one in probably 2 years. Called again last week. Different guy came out. It was the breaker again and he changed a filter. There are 2 white boxes, one on the unit and one on the floor. He asked me what they were. ?? I don't know. If you don't know I certainly don't. He said oh I think it's an air purifier. It's not doing anything you can unplug it. It was making a noise so my husband unplugged it. 6 hours later we had a flood. Destroyed brand new carpet, shoes, leather goods etc. The "air purifier" was actually the condensation pump. That should never have been unplugged. 48 hours of fans going, mopping etc. Celtic service manager said. Nothing they can do. Guess who's not getting our business.
