He said I'd need a new one in probably 2 years. Called again last week. Different guy came out. It was the breaker again and he changed a filter. There are 2 white boxes, one on the unit and one on the floor. He asked me what they were. ?? I don't know. If you don't know I certainly don't. He said oh I think it's an air purifier. It's not doing anything you can unplug it. It was making a noise so my husband unplugged it. 6 hours later we had a flood. Destroyed brand new carpet, shoes, leather goods etc. The "air purifier" was actually the condensation pump. That should never have been unplugged. 48 hours of fans going, mopping etc. Celtic service manager said. Nothing they can do. Guess who's not getting our business.

We lost partial power to our home over the holiday weekend. Jim from Quality Electric phoned us…read moreback almost immediately, even though the office was closed. I explained our situation to him and he told me that it sounded like an issue with the power line coming into the house. He provided me with the number to the Electric company, and told me how to explain the issue to them. AC Power and Electric came out and was able to fix the loose outside connection, and viola power was restored. Jim even checked back to make sure that the problem was fixed. He could have easily come out, charged us the emergency rate, and given us the same information. What a stand up guy!!! He took care of us over the phone, and in this "make-a-quick buck" world that's rare. That's why Quality Electric is the only electrician we use.
