He said I'd need a new one in probably 2 years. Called again last week. Different guy came out. It was the breaker again and he changed a filter. There are 2 white boxes, one on the unit and one on the floor. He asked me what they were. ?? I don't know. If you don't know I certainly don't. He said oh I think it's an air purifier. It's not doing anything you can unplug it. It was making a noise so my husband unplugged it. 6 hours later we had a flood. Destroyed brand new carpet, shoes, leather goods etc. The "air purifier" was actually the condensation pump. That should never have been unplugged. 48 hours of fans going, mopping etc. Celtic service manager said. Nothing they can do. Guess who's not getting our business.

Dave returns calls in a very reasonable amount of time. If I ask about a job, and it's something he no longer does such as digging an entirely new line, when asked, he recommends someone for me to call. If I have a job I need done, and it's not an emergency, I let him know. He contacts me and let's me know when he'll be here. I also know that when it is an emergency, he'll be here right away.
