I did an Internet search and then called Cape May Electric and another company further north. CME called me back within a few minutes, walked me through a checklist to see if I could solve the problem without a service call, and then (when I couldn't) scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. Dylan systematically identified the problem and fixed it for a fair price. Oh, and the other electrician, who bragged about their service, finally called me back when Dylan was almost done. Five stars for Cape May Electric!

A/C electrical gave us a very fair price for the job upfront and there were no hidden costs or surprises. To say that they did an excellent job would be an understatement! They did the job as if it was in their own home. The rusty service line pipe on the roof top and running down the roofline was replaced and certainly smartened up the house. Everything on the new fuse box was clearly and accurately labeled. A/C left everything pin neat and straight. They always came on time and always returned phone calls in a timely manner. What I like most is that although they have some pretty big hotel clients on the island they still found the time to do work in my home. I feel so fortunate that in a town where even trying to get a call back from a contractor is practically impossible, A/C treated me as if I were one of their biggest clients We recently got a new hot tub and called them again to set up the wiring. They were extremely competent and are very conscientious of the work to be done whether the job is little or small. We feel very fortunate to have them service our home and will always call them for any electrical work in the future.
