Scheduling was easy to make, waiting times where reasonable for a busy practice, appt's were thorough and if we had issues (ie broken wire, rubber bands, etc.), they always were available. Without a doubt, this was an overall amazing experience for my wife, my daughter and me. Thorough, professional, skilled, friendly, patient, flexible and available - I couldn't have asked for anything more. They kept pressuring me to try to get me a Deep Cleaning which is not a normal procedure and I…read moreexplained I had a Deep Cleaning 2-3 years ago and it costs about $800 copay with good dental insurance. My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I walked out never to return will get my cavities, root canal, and implant all scheduled to be done somewhere else. F*** them

She scheduled me for my cleaning and I got there and they were only able to do my x-rays because she scheduled me when there was no hygienist. Ended up having to come two days later for the actual cleaning. This is also something that happened to a few other people so it's not a one time mistake they make. When I went for my cleaning, two days later, the hygienist hit the inside of my bottom lip with the drill, which shouldn't happen.
