Even tnough it was his office that had sent me to an implant specialist last year. All the work has been done and implants will be placed in a few months. by the specialist. He then told me that going to 2 different dentists was like having 2 different mechanics work on your car. Not a helpful conversation. He was completely unpleasant. After a cleaning of only half of my mouth the first visit they advised me I needed a crown and a filling. So I had to come back to get that done and get the other side of my mouth cleaned also. So I went back bc they said it was gonna take about 2 hours to fit me for a crown and do the filling. I had no problem with that. The problem was when they gave me a temporary crown piece to wear until my real one comes in. Once they put it in and secured it with cement it popped out of my mouth on my way home. So I had to return the next day for them to place it back in. 20 minutes later it came out again! i had not eaten or drank anything both times. I was livid at this point. So I called the office immediately and they said they would call me back. I had to end up calling them back before going home for the day. So i made two trips to them in one day. So when I got home finally it came out yet again. So i had to call them yet again and they told me to get some cement wax from Walgreens myself and put it back in. They are not in on Fridays which also sucks. It should never cause this much trouble to do a crown.

So much so that I called and scheduled an emergency visit. Dr Wilkinson's team got me in (within 24 hours) and scheduled the extraction for shortly after that. The procedure was seamless and the pain was minimal. He has an amazing assistant named, Maria, who is a God send. She knew I was nervous and kept the small talk going until I calmed down. They will not make sure you are fully numb or medicated while doing work, when you tell them you can feel it. They tell you to suck it up and deal with it. Due to their mess ups, it gave me a massive infection in my mouth. They also, do not inform you if they screw something up, or have to add additional treatments to your dental bill for the extra work they had to do due to them not being careful. Services says a lot about this group. I went in for what I thought was going to be a pretty invasive procedure and was happy to find out that a minor correction had my problem solved. I love the fact that , options were considered and very extensive evaluation's completed. All equipment is state of the art for 3-D tooth x-rays. And the office is immaculate and personnel are courteous, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I have been in to this office before and received outstanding care on that occasion as well.
