L., the 3rd Tim he ha stolen the bottle, this time a wine. His next attempt to do resulting in him being caught and banned from the premises of this business. The QD chose not to prosecute him, probably due to liability for having sold to him the first two times. Further, I would like to add that in the 3 years I have shopped here, my experiences have been pleasant and the store employees very helpful and courteous. The problems I endured from them selling intoxicating beverages to this intoxicated individual, Christopher A. L., will not affect my future shopping there. I am sorry this situation occurred, and for those who were affected, but I am left wondering how many other people are sold liquor/beer when drunk, and of what may happen when someone driving away from the store is involved in an accident possibly injuring or killing someone, as opposed to Christopher who was walking.
