PENNY IS AMAZING. I'm new to North Carolina and I've been reluctant to find a new hair lady out…read morehere because I had been going to my previous lady for almost 15 years. Finding/trusting someone new to do blonde is a huge risk. Unfortunately, I feel the woman who did my hair (not penny) over processed it and it was fried and falling out. After much hesitation, I decided to give the owner (Penny) a call and explain my situation. She was sympathetic and invited me in right away for a conditioning treatment. She reassured me that she wants to make sure I'm happy with my hair and to call her as needed to help restore my hair. I'm so glad I called and I feel a weight has been lifted off my chest. In business, it's not IF something goes wrong but WHEN. I believe Penny will be extremely successful as she understands the importance of addressing the issues of when something goes wrong. For that reason, I highly recommend Penny at Vivid salon.
