So anywho..my little girl (7 years old was there for 2 weeks with our family) I wanted her hair cornrowed in a cute style for back to school before I came to pick her up on Aug 12 for back to school on Aug 14.So to begin with my daughter has very long hair. I get a question from the Braider: do you want to add extensions. Me: No can't you see her hair is long enough, she's 7. Me: How much will you charge? After about 4 minutes on hold Braider: $70 Me: I was like what? $70 and sho nuff, $70 it was. So I was like ok. as long as it's cute. We live in DC and $45 will get you a shampooed head and very cute style for a 7 year old. Needless to say...I am 250 miles away from the stylist and NC... I was in DC and my family member took my daughter to this location 1811 S. Horrner Blvd. They did not shampoo or anything to her hair... They blew her hair out, which was dirty and on top of that....had the nerve to say no one said anything about shampooing. Well that let me know that they were a bunch of nasty individuals who obviously like to make easy money. I asked once I found out they didn't shampoo my baby's hair...Could you see with your eyes that her hair needed shampooing....They took 10 dollars off. If I was there, it would have been trouble. Grown ass women that can't see hair that need shampooing...then on top of that, they give my baby this ugly ass style...A bunch of lazy crooks. I will never in life visit this place. We went and were very pleased with the services received from Felicia. She was fast and a great stylist. My hair never looked better. Please give them a try and ask specifically for Felicia.
