What was supposed to be a 2-3 week project has taken I don't know how many months. I've gotten excuse after excuse from them when they actually did show up. We've had a big pile of rocks in our front yard all winter. They came by once since the snow melted. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I tried calling their number, but it says that it's been disconnected. I feel embarrassed that the pile of rocks has been sitting in our neighborhood for this long. We'll probably have to get someone else to finish. I may take legal action against them. My guess though is that they've gone out of business.

At that time, I was charged $255 (my window washer recently provided me with the receipt). The following year, I went through a different company, hired by my painter, called the Pressure Wash Pros., and they charged $95. In the fall of 2015, I went through my window washer, and he contacted Top Gun again. He did not ask for an estimate (mistake!), assuming their rate would be about the same. About 3 months later, I was contacted by someone at Top Gun, indicating that I had not paid my bill, despite them having mailed me several bills (I hadn't received anything). I asked how much it would be, and she informed me that I owed $700!!! So they had almost tripled their cost over 2 years for the same service!! It actually had been less than the same service, because my window washer had washed the inside porch himself with his own equipment, before his equipment failed (he charged $60 for this). I gave her my email address, but still did not receive a bill. About 2 months later, I received a call from "Amber" that my account was past due. I called her and she informed me that my bill had been discounted to $575. When I explained that I felt that I shouldn't even have to pay that amount, considering what I had paid before, she said she'd speak to an account manager. The next day, I received a curt email from her, stating that I still owed $575, and that my account was past due, and close to being sent to collections. This was the first time I had ever received a bill! I paid the amount, but am very unhappy, and will NEVER use this company again! Maybe the $95 I paid in 2014 was under market value, but the $700 they initially charged me, and even the $575, was ridiculously above market value! I advise consumers to shop around, always obtain estimates, and to avoid using this opportunistic, unethical company!

I called John as I had read some good reviews. Thought I would post this as I wanted others to…read moreknow not to waste their money. John arrived to clean my 2200 square foot home and finished in less than 45 minutes. That would be great except that when he left the carpet did not appear or smell clean. I have two dogs that do have accidents in the house. I was prompt to point that out to John and he said he would see what he could do. When he left the urine spots were still there and the carpet smelled. He told me that the urine had been removed but he couldn't get the stain out. He suggested I use Nature's Miracle on it. I hired John on the pretense that I would wind up with a clean carpet. I also showed him some areas on the edge of the stairs that still appeared to be dirty, he told me they were shadows and would go away when the carpet dried. Needless to say, my carpet still needs to be cleaned, only I think I will hold on to my $300.00 for now, I definitely won't call John again. Every time I vacuum my carpet I am angry as it is just a reminder of the poor service I received.
