Bravo did a much better job than Coit and even removed residual stains that Coit could not remove! Thank you Bravo! I also had Bravo fix/remove surface scratches on my kitchen granite counters that were left after Coit cleaned/polished and sealed my granite. Coit used steel wool and were adamant that seel wool would not cause scratches on my granite, but there they were! Duane, with Bravo, used an electric grinder with a diamond pad to remove the scratches. Thank you, Duane! I highly recommend Bravo! Kate Power Greeley, CO

I was so impressed that I didn't even bother calling anyone else! He was courteous, spent time on the phone with me, asked all the right questions, thoroughly explained his process and provided an estimate upfront. He called to confirm the morning of, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He and Brett were fun and personable (my cat liked both of them, and she's an excellent judge of character). We have a 5 level house with about 17 ducts, and they did a fabulous job. They were done in 2 hours, walked us through each room to show that they had cleaned up after the process was done, provided fun "before and after" pictures, and insisted that we call them if we were dissatisfied with anything. Air duct cleaning is something homeowners tend to neglect (ours had never been done- gross!), and it's really important for health reasons! I'm so glad we trusted TLC- Tom is a heck of a nice person, prompt, pleasant, reliable and provided excellent service. I'm confident the job was done right! Thank you!

This business did a terrible job. First, this was not one of those powerful trucks. The guy used…read morewhat looked like an ordinary household carpet cleaner. When the rug dried, I found that he left behind balls of dog hair and dirt on the surface of the carpet. He did not clean next to the baseboard at all. When I vacuumed, my vacuum picked up every bit as much dirt and hair as if the carpet hadn't been cleaned at all. When I vacuum ordinarily, I reach a point where it's not picking up any more dirt, so clearly ordinary vacuuming does a better job than this carpet cleaning. Areas which mat down but fluffed up when I vacuumed are now permanently matted down. I paid $200 for 39 minutes of virtually nothing. Find a service that uses equipment that has more power than your vacuum, and which uses a tool to clean along baseboards and at least part of the way under beds, tables, etc.
