There is no court filing fee required for submitting the Substitution of Attorney form. This is a standard statewide rule for superior courts handling family law matters like divorce. https://selfhelp.courts.ca.gov/substitution-attorney 2) We met for 5m just to sign 1 paper that he is now representing me. 500 usd for 5 min. 3) Next time we met was only to hand him a check and let him know that he is no longer needed.
