I find it very odd that this company offers a 'deep clean' service, but cancels because 'there's…read moretoo much dog hair'. On top of which, they scheduled their cleaners to come the day after they told me they would be at my residence. To their credit, they did fix the scheduled time and I was not charged for the 15 minutes of work the cleaners actually did. Yes, the house has been neglected, and yes there are four dogs in the house (all in their crates when the cleaners arrived), but one should assume that a 'deep clean' would not have any issues regarding these two challenges. Additionally, when they were packing up, one of the cleaners gave me a different reason that they were declining the job, as opposed to what their contact person told me. And it's insulting to offer some Starbucks gift cards in place of me losing a day's wages to be here for them to do the job I hired them to do.

I found Fragrance Cleaning after putting in a project request on Yelp…read more Fragrance reached out to me quickly with a quote, which seemed to be the going rate for all of the cleaning services around. (I got about 10 quotes that were mostly right around $200.) I was needing a cleaning quickly, and they were able to schedule me for first thing in the morning the following Monday. Their communication was great, and they showed up right on time! 2 people came to clean. My house. They cleaned the entire house (minus 2 bedrooms I asked them to skip) in only a few hours. They made my kitchen sinks and bathtubs sparkle like they were new. Overall, the cleaning was good! I found a few spots around the bathroom faucets that still had some of the white mineral build up from the Florida water, but I'm not even sure how to get that off myself. I'm happy with the service, and signed up to get another cleaning!

The lack of communication, reliability, and follow-through was very disappointing.
