I called and spoke with the ladies who actually cleaned the house, but was told they would be fired for talking to me. I then asked to speak to Mickie. When my I spoke with Mickie and disputed the extra charge, she told me, "then I'll call your mother-in-law (actually my step-mother) to embarrass the hell out of you so she'll pay." The extra cost was because she said we can't expect four people "who aren't illegals" to work for that little; 'that little' meaning the amount she quoted. My experience leads me to believe I am not the first person to receive this sort of treatment, and I highly recommend choosing another housecleaning service.

They were friendly and honest about everything. They went over everything that they would do for my family from the ceiling to the floors. I did not want to get a head of myself with good feelings so I booked with them and decided to give them a chance. I needed my home cleaned for my grandmothers 90th Birthday Arrival Experience with the maids- GREAT The maids came to the home 10 minutes early. The driver asked where I preferred them to park. ( in the drive way or in the street) The maids had great appearances. The maids introduced themselves and asked to be shown the home so that they could see where everything was in order to get started. Cleaning Experience- GREAT The maids were very thorough and cleaned things that I honestly did not even notice in my home. They moved chairs and vacuumed the edges of my carpet. (That made my happy to see) The maids worked together as a great team. They spoke in a low tone so that it did not disturb me as I worked in my office. They offered to shut my office door while they vacuumed so that they did not disturb my work. Which I thought was very polite and professional. They were able to remove a stain on my sink that I was not able to get cleaned. One of the Office managers also does the quality control, She came and checked on the girls to make sure that everything we had spoken about was getting done. Then she went over my invoice with me and asked if I had any questions. Office Experience- Amazing I called the office and spoke to the Office Manager to let her know that the maids had left a spray bottle at my home and with in minutes the girls were back picking it up. The Office Manager was very polite and prompt This showed me that there is great communication with all parties involved. I felt pleased with this cleaning. If I ever need my home cleaned again I will be sure to call and schedule with these girls. I am definitely Mickies Maids Fan

When asked about what happened the owner was unprofessional and defensive with no apology or accountability. Offered me an insulting $20 on a $300+ bill saying "no need to drag this on" but then never refunded. Regardless of broken item, they are too expensive compared to others - I didn't know this until after, as Amber was not transparent with price. "Forgetting" to mention to me they collect tax. Two people took over three hours to finish a 1 bedroom while still missing large areas.

I had the carpet steam-cleaned the day prior and did not need anything done with it. I was planning to furnish the property and use it as an AirBnB. The cleaner was on time and courteous. They did not have much cleaning equipment which concerned me but they started right away. It seemed to be going ok until I needed to step out to pick up some items. When I returned, they were gone and did not return. For an empty house that was already fairly clean, it should have been an easy job. After inspection, the windows sills were dirty, the shades had not been dusted, the countertop and shelves were dusty, water was left sitting in the sinks and not wiped dry, the empty basement that had the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom had hardly been touched. The shower glass doors and surround hadn't even been wiped down. I had spider webs in the ceilings, walls and baseboard corners. This company tailors to AirBnb and charge 15% of earnings to clean and restock the house... according to them. I said that I wanted to try a deep cleaning 1st to see the work quality. I am glad that I didn't sign anything. I tried contacting Collin prior to leaving this review so he would not be blindsided and he did not call me back. DO NOT HIRE -- every host's nightmare…read more I hired Jessica through Turno to manage turnovers for our Airbnb/VRBO property. On the day of a same-day guest arrival, she marked our turnover as completed even though the property had not been cleaned at all. I only discovered there was a problem because I contacted her about a separate task that needed to be handled at the property that day. She then told me she had sent an employee to complete the cleaning. This was the first time I was informed that anyone other than the cleaner I hired would be entering our home. We had never been asked to authorize, nor had we authorized, anyone else to access the property. Shortly afterward, she contacted me again and admitted that after speaking with her employee (Marissa), she discovered that person had never gone to the property or cleaned it. In other words, the turnover had been marked complete without her verifying that anyone had actually been there. She apologized, accepted responsibility, and told me she was personally heading to the property to complete the cleaning. She knew we had guests checking in that same day. I repeatedly attempted to confirm that the property was being cleaned, but she stopped responding entirely. She never completed the cleaning. We were left scrambling to find another cleaner on an emergency basis before our guests arrived and had to pay again for a turnover we had already paid her to perform. I have no inherent issue with a cleaning company having employees or subcontractors. I do have an issue with an unknown person being given access to our home without our prior knowledge or authorization. More importantly, I have an issue with a cleaning being marked complete when no one had even gone to the property, followed by the cleaner becoming unreachable after promising to correct the situation during a same-day turnover. As an out-of-state host, I have to be able to trust that the person responsible for our property knows who is entering it, verifies that the work was actually performed, and can be reached when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated that I could not rely on any of those things. I cannot recommend this business to other property owners or short-term rental hosts.
