I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and Jessie is the first cleaner I have ever hired. She is amazingly efficient, and if I have a special request, she will honor it if it is possible. I am totally satisfied with Jessie! read more

As a working mom with an infant, I reached out to Grace Home Cleaning for some cleaning assistance. I have a 3bed, 3bath (3/4, 1/2, and a powder room) 1900sq foot home, but I let them know my priorities were cleaning the bathrooms and the baseboards in the bedrooms and main living areas. I ended up choosing the 3.5 hour clean so make sure these priorities could be taken care of with hopes that maybe one or two other tasks from a prioritized list could be done in that time period. After Monday's cleaning, I will say that the bathrooms look very nice, but that seems to be the only thing that got done. I'm not sure how that would have taken the entire 3.5 hours, as two of the bathrooms are seldom used, very small, and mostly already clean. She noted that she dusted the drop zone (a small bench) which is nice, but it was not an area of the house on our list to be cleaned. I was upset that I essentially paid $200 to have my bathrooms cleaned, so I left that feedback to the company. I will say I was very impressed with the quick, kind response and offer to have the cleaner come back for 2.5 hours the next day. During that 2.5 hours session, she noted that she touched up the bathrooms she had previously cleaned, cleaned the baseboards upstairs in the bedrooms and vacuumed, and cleaned the baseboards in the hallway/stairs to our kitchen. Do these areas look great? Yes! But I'm at a loss at how, in six hours of cleaning, the majority of my kitchen and the entirety of the living room were untouched. We have been debating hiring a cleaner for a monthly or quarterly cleaning, but we will not be continuing with Grace Home Cleaning. read more

Cleaner was very nice, efficient and did a great job. Got right to it and did a thorough job. I suggest Grace for windows and house cleaning, they are very reliable also. read more

Makenna with Grace Home Cleaning was (early) punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. She was very easy to work with and very comfortable to communicate with. The people I came in contact with were very professional and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Makenna took pride in her work and wanted to do quality work. She was very organized and efficient. I would only suggest using a cleanser like comet or ajax on the shower floors. Otherwise her work was spotless and excellent! read more

I had a fantastic first experience with Grace Home cleaning and have already recommended them to friends. I signed up for a Spring Cleaning and they were able to remove some hard water stains from my bathroom shower that I hadn't been able to (which was driving me crazy)! They did an excellent job with our kitchen and bathrooms, would definitely like to hire them again. read more

Was supposed to be there between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. Did not show up till 4:00 pm, what they got "cleaned" was a joke, it was not even a deep cleaning. I could have done more in the time they were here then the two ladies they sent, quality of the clean was poor and communication left room for improvement. This was supposed to be a gift to relieve stress. Instead it made everything worse . read more

Brittney did such a fantastic job! She was efficient, exceeded expectations and worked with a purpose. She was adaptable and easy to communicate with. We loved working with her and will be choosing Grace Home Cleaning in the future. We gave her a list of tasks to complete, and she got through all of them before her time was done! It was so nice to have her help out with everything, and it really is a great value for the services we received. We would love to have Brittney back! read more

Brittany was great! She was efficient and professional! She was able to clean our bathrooms and kitchen and had sometime left over to help in other areas of our home. The attention to detail was terrific! Thanks again for the help! read more

I am very happy with Grace Home Cleaning services! Jaylyn did a 2.5 hour custom clean of our home. She really paid attention to detail when cleaning and left our home shiny and spotless! She was incredibly efficient without sacrificing quality and got around to cleaning a lot of our space in the allotted time. Grace Home Cleaning company is also very responsive with communication and has reminder emails for cleaning services. I recommend this company and Jaylyn for a quality clean! read more

I would give zero stars. They didn't clean anything. Owners are unresponsive- beware. I called to let them know that they DID NOT CLEAN and they said they would come back for a discount. We provided a list to them and they didn't clean the floors or bathroom! They said woman spent an hour and a half on a clean refrigeratorI will post pictures. Update: after sending the pictures they came back and actually cleaned as expected and I was not recharged as pictures were proof of the work not done and the company made it right. read more

We sought out Grace Home Cleaning once we found out we were expecting because we knew we would need assistance keeping things clean once a little one arrived! Even in the pandemic, they have been thorough and have taken measures to make us feel safe. They also worked with us to help create a cleaning schedule that best fit our needs. Emily is kind and very easy to work with. I also love that it's a family and veteran-run business. Emily and her dad Kevin make you feel welcome from the very beginning. You can tell that their employees feel that way also: That it's a family. Any issues that I've ever had (a missed bathroom, miscommunication on appointment time) were corrected immediately. They were not big issues to us at the time and I told Emily that, but each time she insisted on making it right immediately. My husband was hesitant to hire a cleaning company because of the extra cost but he immediately realized the value after one cleaning, so much that he mentioned it to the ladies that were there and thanked them! read more

Had Grace Cleaning out to our home for the first time earlier this week. Sarah represented her company in an outstanding way. She was friendly and listened to the specific requests my wife left. Our children and my wife are sensitive to smell, so we requested unscented cleaners. Another request was to use our vacuum. Both of these requests were met with ease. Our purchase was a 3.5 hour clean and Sarah did an excellent job in our bathrooms and the house as a whole. read more

My daughter just hired them today to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. All they cleaned was the kitchen and master bathroom. There were two people in the apartment from this company. This is a small apartment. These cleaners were in there for 2 1/2 hours. Charged my daughter $140.00. Do not hire this company. That's highway robbery. It doesn't take long to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. Very upset. read more

Kenna is so great & we look forward to her coming weekly. She does a wonderful job & follows any instructions you give her. Our house is so clean & we'd be lost without her. read more

READ THE FINE PRINT! You will get an email that says your deposit is not refundable. Of course, you are provided with this information AFTER you pay the deposit. Very unethical practice. I cancelled services more than a month prior to the scheduled cleaning and grace cleaning refused to refund the $200 deposit. Circumstances are irrelevant. I have no need for a move out cleaning because I'm not moving out. Doesn't matter. No refund. IMO, this is 'legal stealing.' read more

Very satisfied with Grace Home Cleaning. They did a great job. I signed up for monthly.

These folks did me a huge favor this week. I am working 7 days a week right now and my house was looking like it. They squashed me in for a custom clean and got done what I needed to feel human again. The ladies that were here were happy with great attitudes. My main bath has never looked that good and no more dust to write your name in. I will definitely be signing up for a more permanent schedule. read more

Grace cleaning donates time through "Cleaning for a Reason" to clean the homes of cancer patients. We were thankful to receive this gift and Krysta did such a great job! She was warm and respectful and our home looks amazing. We look forward to having her back and hope to continue supporting this organization who have given us such a wonderful blessing! read more

I have used Grace Home Cleaning several times and have had a fabulous experience every time. They are communicative and easy to book with. Justine was my cleaner this time and she went above and beyond, she got some spots off of my stainless steel fridge that I never thought would ago away. She also did a great job in my bathrooms and throughout the house. And she was really sweet as well, I'd love to have her back to clean my home! read more

Absolutely love this cleaning company. Kayla and Teresa do a fantastic job and I am always impressed. There is nothing better than coming home to clean house after working all day. Also, their customer service is impeccable. Since I have started using them, I have referred two family members. They also have had nothing but great things to say about them. So happy I found them! read more

Jeanne does a great job! She takes her time and understands the unique circumstances of cleaning a 'rural acreage' home.

We've used Grace Home Cleaning for about a year now. Everyone we've worked with has been extremely professional and done a great job cleaning our home. It's a great relief to have Grace Home Cleaning to rely on. read more

We've been using Grace Home Cleaning for almost 2 years and every time they do a wonderful job. In addition to basic cleaning, if you leave clean sheets out they will change the bedding for you and bring the dirty bedding to the laundry room. My kids race to their room each time they leave to see how their stuffed animals were arranged. It's the little things their cleaners do that make me appreciate them even more. :) read more

I have tried several other home cleaning services, and Grace Home Cleaning surpasses them all! Our house has NEVER looked better, including when we moved into it brand-new 3 years ago. The organization is extremely well-run--courteous, prompt, clear, honest, accommodating. The cleaners & cleaning are EXCEPTIONAL! 100% worth every penny!! read more

I'm very impressed with Grace Home Cleaning. We needed to quickly schedule a 1-time cleaning of our main floor. They out me on the wait-list 8! Case there was a next day cancellation. I received a call back within 10 minutes, for a 3+ hour cleaning the very next day. Cassie packed a lot into that time, at a reasonable charge. I definitely recommend Grace! read more

This service is top notch-professional, punctual, thorough. Our house was unusually dirty at our last cleaning due to vacation and an injury I suffered and when they left it was spotless!! So glad to have their help! read more

They were there when they said they would be. They did a thorough cleaning. Most importantly, it felt safe to have them in my house

This is my first time using a home cleaning service and Grace came highly recommended by my coworkers. The staff is very friendly and professional. Lindey who did my initial estimate was so friendly and informative. My apartment was spotless when they were done. The owner, Kevin, who I spoke with over the phone was polite, professional, and provided great customer service. Thank you again and look forward to scheduling another cleaning soon! read more

We have had Grace home cleaning for the past 4 years, and we have been very happy with the services. Payment is easily done online (we have auto payments). Sherry is always prompt and reliable. She adds extra touches too. We have three small boys, and she makes their beds with fun arrangements each time she comes. The boys are always so excited to see what she will do next. My oldest son even arranged his bed most recently. When Sherry wrote us a note to let us know how impressed she was with the bed arrangement, my son kept the note--he was so proud. Very happy with Sherry and Grace Home Cleaning. read more

After working our way through several house cleaning purveyors over the years, we have been using Grace for over a year. Their crews are very well trained, thorough yet personable. While we typically use Grace to ensure the house is sparkle clean for company, their work is so good and consistent we have signed up for twice monthly cleaning. read more

I have had Grace clean two of my homes and both times they did an excellent job. They are very professional and prompt. They are very thorough in cleaning my home and it was wonderful to walk in to a sparkling clean house. The owner Kevin was very attentive to what I wanted done and he stopped in at both houses when his employees were working to check and make things were going well. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again to clean my home. read more

I have been using this company for home cleaning for about a year and am very pleased with them! Kevin, the owner of GHC, is terrifically attentive and helpful when it comes to making sure my home is cleaned the way I want it to be. He is courteous and interested in feedback and I always feel I can discuss any changes or concerns about the cleaning. Fortunately I haven't had ANY concerns as the cleaning is top notch. Sherry is absolutely excellent at her job, making sure the house is sparkling after ever visit. read more

We are so, so pleased with Grace Home Cleaning. We use them for bi-weekly cleaning and I can't tell you how wonderful it is to come home to a spotless home. Their work is thorough and they bring all of their equipment and supplies with them. They also have a great online scheduling system and accept credit cards. I could not be happier and I enthusiastically recommend them. read more

I had been with them for years. Had a few problems here and there. Invest in hidden nanny cams like I do, for sure. Got a random call, with no notice, that they are suddenly short staffed and I'm being taken off the schedule. That's it. After years of loyalty that is the weirdest thing I've ever heard and was given no notice. I advise going somewhere else if they make their inability to staff, your problem. read more

I have had other house cleaners in other cities. They would do a good job and always left my house smelling clean and looking decent but they never did quite as good as I felt I would have done myself but I always chalked that up to me being super picky. Apparently I was wrong because Grace Home Cleaning went above and beyond my expectations!! Everything was beautifully done and Kevin was super easy to work with and great to interact with as well. I would highly recommend having them clean your home! read more

About a week and 4 or 5 phone calls back and forth later I was told in a conversation that took place today (November 1st) that they couldn't guarantee my apt. on the 23rd because they need to worry about rescheduling their reoccurring customers around Thanksgiving week. Not only are they incredibly disorganized, being that days later I still haven't been scheduled or given a price quote, but they also don't care about you unless you're reoccurring I guess. I only needed an empty house cleaned for renters to view. Should be a pretty easy and straight forward job, but being that it's taking longer to get it scheduled than to clean it, I'm moving on to a different company that treats customers equally. read more
