Sheldon explained everything in detail and went over numbers with me so we could understand what we were looking at. We found a home not long after beginning the process with Sheldon and had our offer accepted 10 days ago. We will be signing at the title company tomorrow; I cannot believe this has happened so fast! The entire process has been incredibly easy, it has surprised my friends and family as this was not their own experience buying a home. Lisa, the loan processor has communicated everything along the way, keeping us updated as things progressed. I really did not think the home buying process would go this smoothly or stress free for us. We will be recommending Sheldon & Lisa to our family and friends and wouldn't go to anyone else in the future.
