They have a towing service called quality towing. I had my truck towed 25 miles and I was told not to give the drivers cash. 5 min later I received a text from the driver saying they only accepted cash Then I was told not to pay the drivers that another guy would meet me at my hotel to process my payment. This was at 7:00 pm. I waited til 1:30am before I went to bed and the guy was on his way since 7:00. The next day I received a phone call saying they were sorry and I would get a huge discount then told me the total was $430.00. That's ridiculous right? Nope. I checked my account and they took out $621.00 and told me there was a 3% debit card fee. So on $400 3% is that much? Lol. Worst service I have ever dealt with $621.00 for 25 miles. Finally after arguing with a driver that told me New Mexico made them charge that much or they would go to jail he said the owner would refund some of my money when he gets back from vacation. I doubt that will ever happen. Save yourself time and a lot of money and call anyone else but these people read more
