My car was kept in their shop for almost two months, and after calling every day, I was given excuse after excuse. When I finally got my car back, I found out that they had broken my window and didn't even bother to tell me about it. For months I dealt with excuse after excuse, broken promises, ignored calls/texts, and constant runarounds. I was repeatedly told my car would be ready "next week," "in a few days," or "soon," yet nothing ever changed. The only way to get updates was to constantly chase them down myself. There was almost no communication or professionalism throughout this entire situation. No customer should have to beg for updates on a vehicle that's been sitting in a shop for months. What makes this even worse is that after finally getting the car back, it STILL was not fixed properly. The car continues shutting off while driving -- something extremely dangerous -- and after keeping my vehicle all that time, I was basically told to go somewhere else. Almost a year without reliable transportation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, lost time, and money. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. I had a 2019 Ford Transient Connect and then brought in my Nephews 2007 Dodge 3500. Dale, the owner and his Son treated me like a long lost friend and are real square shooters and gave honest advice in regard to my equipment. I'm an Aircraft technician for a major airline and former Fireman / truck maintainer so I have a good idea what's going on! Dale was beyond fair with me and saved me Thousands in repairs With good advice to his detriment. Example, He could have fixed my Ford Transient Connect costing thousands but advised me "the transmission overall a defective design, I should get rid of it and sell it as is. " I traded it to car dealer and a year latter I received notice from Ford regarding it's transmission replacement.  I saw the review below involving the guy with the 1975 Eldorado and asked Dale about it. As an aircraft mechanic for 42 years, I can tell you as a technician we are not perfect all the time and sometimes things go wrong. Even the owner of the 1975 Eldorado admited it "Serious mistake but things happen". To me, It's how you recover from your mistakes that count! After speaking in depth with Dale about the issue and the video and photographic evidence he presented me, I feel Dale went above and beyond to remedy his mistake and fairly assuage a unsatisfied customer. However, as a Technician I have found in Life there are people you just can't make happy or they want things for free. I now have a friend and Transmission go to guy! Stopped by and the owner Kenny greeted me and I let him know I was there for an oil change and for my front brakes. It was a GREAT experience. It was not an all day process. Kenny was kind. He explained to me the service and I was happy to know my car will be fine. After the service, I definitely felt the difference. And now my parents car are running even better than before Idk how my parents conned me to running their errands while I'm visiting them but everything happens for a reason. My parents now have a trusted mechanic and a car with new brakes and an oil change. It also didn't cost me an arm and a leg nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female. The tires needed to be ordered so he gave a deposit before he flew home. AJ their Assistant Service Writer called me the next day when the tires were in. Since we were all visiting for the holidays we actually made an appointment to put the tires on a few days later. When we arrived I checked in with AJ. I decided to wait bc I had my mom with me and it would be less running around. While waiting, I also spoke with Patrick their General Manager, and Tony their Manager. All 3 were very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions, and explained everything. I had my elderly mom with me and these guys had a lot of patience. What I really loved about Apex is besides selling tires, they take pictures of what's wrong with your vehicle and add it to your online profile account so you can see up close and personal what's wrong and the parts they replaced. This place seems to be very honest and truthful which is rare. They will also give you an estimate.You can go online to see all work done. I highly recommend making an appointment. This place gets very busy. They have two buildings. One in the front of the driveway, and one towards the back. The actual entrance is in the front building. They have a small waiting area.
