Absolutely do not recommend Quality Built Service LLC.
This company may look professional on the surface with branded clothes and a polished presentation folder, but our experience was the exact opposite of professional. The way this project was handled was disorganized, misleading, and completely lacking in accountability.
Our initial project was vinyl siding, and from the beginning we had also discussed the soffits. We moved forward and paid about $14,500 for the first project, expecting the work would cover what had been discussed and what the house actually needed. Instead, the first project was completed without the soffits being done, even though that had been part of the conversation. That alone was already extremely frustrating.
Then, after the first project, we basically had to swallow the pill and pay another $6,000 to have the soffits done. So after already paying around $14.5k, we paid thousands more because we wanted the job finished properly. And even after paying that additional amount, they still did not do the soffits. That is completely unacceptable. We ended up paying far more than expected and still did not get what we paid for.
To make matters worse, Antonio, the salesperson, said during the initial project discussion that based on his experience, he did not foresee any additional expenses. But within the first 5 minutes of the installers arriving, we were told we suddenly needed to pay another $2,000 for wood they claimed was needed. That tells me the initial inspection was either poorly done or not done thoroughly at all. A competent company should know what a project requires before giving customers confidence that no major extra costs are expected.
Communication throughout this entire process was awful. There was poor coordination, poor follow-through, and constant confusion about what was actually being done. After the first project, they even left some downspouts disconnected and the mailbox disconnected, and we had to tell them to put those things back the way they were. That should never have been something we had to chase them about.
On top of that, damage was done to the house, specifically breaking drywall inside the house and causing a leak by moving pipes inside the wall, and when we brought it up, Luis, the manager, was very rude and told us they were not responsible for the damage. That response says everything about this company's integrity. A professional company takes responsibility when something goes wrong. This company did not.
Do not be fooled by the branding and presentation. In our experience, the appearance was professional, but the workmanship, communication, and integrity were far from it.
