I have not experienced such amazing customer service in our entire bathroom remodel project (or probably ever), as I have while working with L&L Glass. From the very first phone call when I spoke with Marissa, I got all the warm and fuzzies about this company that I needed to schedule an appointment to come measure. They knew we were on a time crunch (after being completely screwed over by another glass company in the area), and tried very hard to get us scheduled ASAP. When Pete came to take measurements, he was very personable and answered all my questions. He got the measurements back quickly and I had a quote sent over just a few days later. They were a bit more expensive than a few other places we had gotten quotes from previously, but customer service and positive reviews go a long way for me, so I quickly pulled the trigger and put down a deposit. Miguel and (totally blanking on the other dude's name. Gah!) came to install our shower glass and we were blown away by how quickly they were in and out. We stepped out for a quick breakfast and they were already done! Super cool guys, too! I offered to go pick up the windowpane at his shop, however he was kind enough instead to drop it off at my home. He was very helpful and professional. The kicker, I made a terrible mistake and provided him the wrong thickness for the glass pane. He, without hesitation, responded immediately and cut another window glass pane in the right size.
