On my last day in Hattiesburg, I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk and because of the security system of the Kia Optima, I had to be towed to a dealership to have them get into the trunk. I was on the verge of missing my flight so I was incredibly stressed. The team was understanding and so friendly, the accountant even offered me her soda because she saw how stressed I was. Ms. Kelly and her service team worked quickly and efficiently and got my keys out in time for me to drive to the airport and catch my flight. If you want to feel taken care of, this is the place to go. I am so grateful for the team here, thank you all so much!

The dealership even offered a 1000 miles 50/50 powertrain warranty. I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette and noticed a squealing issue. Called Dean and they are honoring the warranty and will cover half the cost of the repair of a failing harmonic balance. Paperwork time was minimum, in and out within 30 minutes to include a quick test drive! I highly recommend working with this dealership as it's the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. Had I bought anywhere else, I'd be eating the full cost of this issue! Otherwise, the car is amazing!
