I had a low mileage 2023 Kia Soul as a trade. The atmosphere was very relaxed and low key. I was given a proposal including my trade and said that I wanted to think about it and the staff that I was dealing with had no problems with that and at no time was anyone "pushy." The next morning I called my sales person and said that I thought the trade in value could be better and she increased the amount to a number that was more then the maximum trade as per KBB. Now 6 months later and 6,000 miles later I am trying to sell this same car back and they only offered me $4,000!!! Blue Book was $6,000. Not only did I initially get scammed for the price I bought this car, but when I was trying to sell it back they did not even give me Blue Book value. Glad to see this is how you treat Military Vets. We go through cars constantly. We have traded and bought around 6 cars within the last two years, and 2 of our cars came from Crosby. Our first car was our dream car, and Crosby went above and beyond to make it possible for us to drive off of the lot with it that day. They worked with us on both the payments and the price on the car. We really really enjoyed that car for a while, but decided that we needed something more safe, that didn't suck as much gas. A year after we purchased that particular car, we came back to see what we could find that was more family oriented. We ended up getting the SUV, that I currently drive. It came with a pre-owned extended warranty, and the payments are, yet again, just right. I have no complaints so far. With both of our cars, we didn't experience any mechanical issues or problems at all. The only thing that I'm not *too* fond of, is that most of their cars seem kind of like they're high mileage to me. My 2015 had 42,xxx miles on it when I bought it. Other than that, I think this is the fastest & friendliest dealership around. I really appreciate everything that they've done for us in the past few years.

Shortly after our jeep was put into the shop for a new engine my son's truck, who had been bought from the same company also quit running. This company chose to take zero responsibility for their actions for the incompetence of the mechanic. Lesson learned - read the entire warranty offered from this company. First page states It covers completely the replacement of any engine damage within three months but on the third page it states only $2500 is paid out for the warranty. Snakes

I spoke with Julieana Poor and we tried over the course of an hour or so to work out how I could get to the dealership and buy a vehicle. I couldn't make it that day and so I told her I would try again in a couple of weeks when I could get there, and I left it at that. Shortly thereafter, Julieana texted and said, "My manager said $1,000 deposit we take it offline and off the lot until you can get here and get it!". I gave my card and $1,000 taken. I then booked flights to get there and hotels to stay at on the date I had given Julieana from the beginning. However, before I could get down there, Julieana is calling and texting me pressuring me to buy the vehicle sight unseen because they have other buyers interested. She sends me numbers that are $6K more than the asking price online. The vehicle was never taken offline as promised. And Julieana and the manager, Belal Shaban refused to take my call. I have called repeatedly asking for Belal and he has refused to take or return my call. I expect better out of a Ford dealership! Of course, they gave me the $1,000 back however they refused to help reimburse the flight or hotel expense I paid based on their promise. They took money to hold a vehicle and then refused to honor that hold. These guys are absolute trash and liars. Don't trust them as far as you can throw them. They give used car dealers a bad name and that's saying something.

The salesman called it a "shit box". The salesman (I think his name is Mark) showed us another car that "just came in" - car was filthy and smelled terrible (said it was in queue to get detailed.) We test drove the vehicle, were ok with waiting for it to get detailed, and were looking at numbers. A couple issues here. To us, they weren't clear on how the taxes were calculated. I heard the salesman and manager talking rudely in their office about this and our questions on pricing. The manager wouldn't negotiate with us on the vehicle price which is fine. We got up to leave, thanked the guy for his time, and he crumpled up the pricing paperwork prepared for us and walked away. We felt that the guy had a terrible attitude when we tried to negotiate pricing, seemed agitated by our questions, tried all the typical sales plays, and tried to talk us into a price the car was not worth (according to the fair purchase price.) Won't be going back here.
