I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. We had a 50% off coupon at Valvoline so stopped to get this change accomplished. The staff was all super friendly; they filled all of our fluids and even checked the cabin filter. However, the low rating was due to the actual oil change. We drove away satisfied until 3 hours later we realized we had fluid leaking under our vehicle. Our invoice stated they installed a Valvoline Oil Filter. We happened to be near another Valvoline in Bismark ND. The ND facility brought us in and when they checked the filter, they noted that it was an off-brand unit and it had grit around the edge, which they stated was causing the leak. So back to the MN facility, the oil change was far from adequate. We called the owner and was just told the person who did the service would be talked to. That seemed like an inadequate response for something that could have caused a very serious situation if we had not stopped as soon as we did.

Where to start...my family and I were on our way to Minneapolis for the World Juniors when we…read morerolled into Fargo and my low tire pressure light came on. Low and behold, one of my rear tires was quite flat. We stopped at Kroll's diner and one of the waitress's suggest we go next door to Tuffy. Since it was a Saturday and there was just Tobey and Michael in the shop, Tobey came from behind the desk to take the car and put on the hoist to look for the leak. Unfortunately, it was not obvious and the tire needed to come off the vehicle. They eventually determined the leak was at the base on the valve stem and replaced. We were back on our way in a couple of hours. Tobey told me if I was not from out of town, given it was a Saturday and limited crew, he would have asked us to come back Monday. I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of both of them, for not sending us away and addressing our untimely issue. These are good people!!
