I typically don't go out of my way to review services, but Larry's Auto Body blew me away with their speedy work and excellent customer service! They called me whenever there were updates and worked around my schedule when it was time to pick up my car. And to top it off, they sent me a thank you card! You don't see this level of awesome very often and I highly recommend you check them out next time you're in need. read more

I took my vehicle to Larry's because of all the great reviews on google. Unfortunately, my experience was not as good. I booked my appointment a week and a half before dropping the vehicle off and the insurance quote was known at that time and it still took 12.5 days for it to be completed. A little long but I could live with that. When I got it back, the repair work seemed decent but there were new scratches near the passenger door and a few pretty good gouges in the passenger kick panel(they had removed and reattached this door). I returned the car and they did buff out the scratches and touch up the gouges but would not admit to causing them. They weren't exactly volunteering to show me any 'before' pictures they may have had to prove they didn't cause it. The gouges are not visible when the door is closed so the insurance company and I have no picture proof of whether they existed before the repair. We bought this car new two years ago and we treat it well so I'm very certain they were not there before. My word against theirs I guess, but here's my honest review. Thanks read more

Excellent service. Friendly professional staff there had answers to all my questions and were spot on as to how long it would take to finish the job. Quality work, too. My vehicle looks great. I signed off on something that was supposed to cost like 300$, I leave for Minneapolis and check my invoice and it says 800$. i call them to see what it is and they just decided to do all of these unnecessary things to my car. they already knew what was wrong with it as I provided them the issue I wanted fixed so I told them not to do a diagnostic but they did it anyway, I asked for even just a refund on that and the guy gave me like 30$ off of it. and maybe your thinking maybe it was needed to fix the issue? my car is running the exact same as it was the day I brought it in with the same issue that I had the day I brought it in. I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. My car had been rear ended in a parking lot. Larry's helped me as soon as I called. When I stopped, they took photos, wrote an estimate, and sent it all to the insurance company for me.
