My Chev Tahoe is my business vehicle, I drive it all over North and South Dakota to reach my…read morecustomers, and I definitely get off the beaten path on lots of low maintenance roads. I need my vehicle to be reliable and safe so I know it will get me where I need to go so it's one less thing I have to worry about. Both my business and my life depend on it. I take it and my personal vehicle to Earl's because I know they will check it thoroughly, tell me everything about the vehicle, and put me in the drivers seat as far as what gets done, and that they will do the work I want done and do it right. To put it simply, they can be trusted 100%. I trust them with my business, my safety and my comfort. Give them a try and you will trust them with your vehicles, and your family's safety. And you will know you didn't spend more money than you needed to.

We were pleasantly surprised at how fast the work on our car was done. The quality of their work can not be matched. Kevin is extremely easy to work with. Plus, Kevin is a nice guy. I think Steen & Berg might be the oldest auto body shop in the Fargo area. Hence, they really know what they are doing. Steen & Berg should get a five plus review. Thank you Steen & Berg employees and owners.

The guy shows up and starts…read morework on the passenger door - we'd taken photos of the driver door, assuming he'd go in that side. My husband asked him to stop so he could take "before" photos and he started working on it. A few seconds in, the guy flipped out. Said he wasn't going to do the job, he doesn't get paid enough, people have taken advantage of him, has trouble with the service, etc etc. We were trying to cover ourselves with/for the rental company, that's all. Anyway, he called it in and then left. If he doesn't want to do this service, he shouldn't have his business connected to the rental car company. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next company in line on the cal list. I get his reasoning but he needs to take his company off the list and not waste customer time. I don't recommend this company at all.

WARNING: SCAM ALERT!…read more I brought my trailer in ONLY to replace an ABS speed sensor. That's it. They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees." I never requested diagnostics, never approved any extra services. The only thing I wanted was a simple sensor replacement -- and they flat out refused to do the job. This is pure extortion and fraud. These crooks wasted my time and tried to rip me off. Avoid these scammers at all costs!!!

BEWARE- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GATEWAY HYUNDAI…read more I brought my elderly mother's car in for service, and Gateway told us it needed a new engine. Even though the engine is under warranty, then Hyundai Motors DENIED the replacement of the engine due to "Excessive Maintenance Neglect." In response, I provided pages upon pages of maintenance records. The service manager Kyle Deikmann even told me we had more records than anyone else has ever given. I repeatedly asked for the exact photos, diagnostics, and a clear explanation of what specific "maintenance gaps" they were claiming. Gateway and its employees refused to provide all the photos and diagnostic documentation. When I went in to speak with the shop director Luke Bentley and two other shop managers (Kyle and Aja) , I was thrown out of the office simply for asking for the photos and diagnostics--after I filed a BBB report that Hyundai Motor America told me to file. Meanwhile, my elderly mother still cannot get her car fixed and is struggling to get to her doctor appointments, so we are now in a lawsuit. Gateway has been unprofessional, rude, and non-transparent. Consider this a WARNING before doing business there.

Truly can't thank Nikki enough; we dropped our broken truck off in the middle of the night and by 7:01am I had a Text from her, and she literally patiently communicated from there until pick up day. She also put their top Transmission Person on our repair - that helped ease our fears as well. It's such a relief to have true Pro's like her and the crew at Gateway to help when you're stranded far from home with your wife and little dog. Thank you so much and total props to Gateway Hyundai!!!
