Apparenly they might help you if and when they feel like it. Needless to say they will not be doing my new install. Why would I want to hook up with a company that didn't even answer their 24 hour call line, wait 2 days to get back to me with emergency service, and ignore me a second time when I still needed help. Ridiculous.

Josh was very thorough in his explanation and the estimate seemed fair and reasonable. My installer was great. His name was Mark. He had a young lady helping to who unfortunately I cannot remember we moved her name. Both very professional and friendly. Mark was also a Navy veteran of many years and I'm glad to see Edministen hiring men like him who served our country so faithfully. I asked Mark a lot of questions as and he was patient and very helpful explaining things. Even had to come back out to fix one small problem a couple days later and said he'd arrive at 2:00. Guess what, at 2:00, he pulled in the driveway. The install took all day and they worked to complete the work and were done by 5:00 or so. So far so good on the unit. Very pleased with the work that was done! Great people to work with and very good communication which is rare at times anymore.

I really like how they show up on time every day. I also like how they make sure the work area is swept and clean before they leave each day. Todd communicates very well with us and lets us know what's happening and when. The quality of work is very, very good and Todd is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
