This by far is the best paint and body shop we've ever been to. We live in Florida but drive to Mississippi for Dwight Burnette because he does a great custom paint job. Not only is he known for quality work, he does excellent body work and can fix any mechanical problems. He is as honest as they come and his work is impeccable. My husband and I know he is a man of his word and work! read more

From the very first phone call, she was patient, professional, and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Brynne never gave up and continued working with me until she found the perfect vehicle. I've purchased vehicles for many years, and this was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Everyone at Cannon Nissan was welcoming, respectful, and professional. Even when I stopped by again after my purchase, they made me feel like family. That level of care, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find. I would also like to recognize Sales Manager Kacorra Lewis for her support throughout the process. The teamwork between Brynne, Kacorra, and the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. From sales to service, the customer service was exceptional. If you're looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend Cannon Nissan of Jackson. Be sure to ask for Brynne Hunter, you won't be disappointed! I was assured that I'd be able to use the diagnostic fee ($222) towards repairs or general maintenance, but they reneged on that as well. All the while, they assured me that they work to win customers over with good service and looking after the customer. While I can understand their viewpoint, they broke their promise and did not give me what I paid for - plain and simple. Definitely not going back.
