I gave them a call, and they informed me that I would not need to schedule an appointment to come in for service. I can be seen immediately and there'd be no need to book a time. So I opted to go in when I got groceries, thinking I could be efficient and do a two for one deal to save some time. I brought it in at 9am on a weekday, and found the places PACKED with people waiting, and got in line. When I was called up, they told me it would be over a two hour wait to get a simple oil change. I reminded them of what was discussed on the phone and expressed disappointment in being misled. I stepped outside to check my oil levels because I was worried it wouldn't be safe to drive, and while the employees weren't willing to help, another customer was kind enough to lend me a hand to ensure safety ourselves. I wouldn't ever recommend Walmart auto after this mismanaged and disorganized experience, but was thankful for the non-affiliated veteran that helped me stay safe on the roads today.

Auto Center Pit Stop was the only repair shop out of 8 that we called who could take a look at our car the next day, everyone else had a two day to two week wait to even take a look and all we needed was a belt. Thanks to them taking a look, we were able to get the belt quickly and get back on the road to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. They even lent us a loaner so we were able to get around town while our car was in the shop. Highly recommend.

They didn't fix/look at the thermostat which was the actual problem (thanks to an actual mechanic). What they did was shave some rust off of the bottom of a pipe under the jeep, and said that's what was causing it to overheat. I got my jeep to leave, and no more than half a mile down the road it was already overheating again. My husband took his truck there, against our better judgment, and they did nothing. It hasn't been starting, but they claim it started just fine for them, so they didn't need to look any further. Their actual wording on the paperwork was "no recommendations". Real quality work they do.. I wouldn't even give them 1/2 a star. Their customer service was extremely rude, which frustrated us.
