I wish I could speak highly of the job done, considering the amount of money that was put into it, the way that Eric treated my wife, and the overall experience, but I can't. Maybe you'll be able to, though? The work itself is at best fine in some areas, but there are many issues that Eric refused to address before wrapping up the project. Once he felt he was done, our questions/issues no longer mattered. The amount of money spent on the project led us to believe that it would be better. The experience was not smooth. The way that Eric treated my wife, if he was ever actually on site with his helper, was less than ideal and only seemed to happen if I wasn't around. Ultimately, I think Eric wanted the job to be what only he wanted it to be and did not like our ideas or hopes, which didn't sit well with us, considering our position in funding it and communicating clearly in many of our preferences. There are plenty of 5-star reviews that will drown out this one singular negative, but very honest, review. ***The helper that he did have doing the bulk of his work, Carlos, is deserving of a separate review because he was great.

I am very disappointed in the integrity of the business owner. I had work done by them that did…read morenot turn out as expected. More than 3/4 of my back yard is still dirt cheap where he was supposed to level out and plant grass. Additionally debris that was supposed to be removed was not and just covered up by hay. When brought to the owners attention he advised he could reseed our yard but it would be another 2 weeks before he could. We had hoped to enjoy our yard some in the fall and had the work done in more than enough time to have accomplished that. Because of the delay in his ability to reseed sooner we incurred additional costs. I thought it was reasonable to ask for support In the additional costs we had to incur to correct our problem. The owner not only refused to assist in the additional costs but then blamed my poor watering and golden retriever on why grass didnt grow in over 3/4 of my back yard that he seeded. He also advised his team went above and beyond on my yard. Personally a company that doesn't finish a paid job is not going above and beyond. If the owner would have been reasonable this would have never been posted, however since he offered no solution for his less than mediocre work I feel compelled to make sure others don't lose the money and time I did.
