The roofing crewdid a great job considering delays of snow and extreme cold and didn't leave trash all over the place, they cleaned up every day they were there.  The window crew was next and boy what a difference:  new windows!  No nasty old moldy sills and caulking.  We figure we saved a bunch of money having Techniques replace the windows.
