I don't write reviews very often. Randy is the best broker I've met, not one of !!! I was looking for a nice 1b 1b apartment to rent for quite a while then decided to get some help from a broker. The 1b 1b apartment is not very popular around the eastern long island. Many brokers don't do rental here. The other brokers either showed me one and urged me to take it or even showed me none for days. Randy checked the listings for me every day, talked to me, adjust the searching each time, and gave me more suggestions based on my needs. Most importantly, she is a friend who really cares about my needs and she stood on my side against the crappy listings! She worked over weekends and late night for me (I got her email once at about 1am). Whenever there's a new listing that looks good, she let me know quickly. it was very nice talking to her every time and I'm very glad to know her! My wife and I were originally looking to rent when we found Randy, but shortly after decided it would make sense financially if we just purchased in our ideal area instead. Randy and her husband Bill were awesome to work with through the entire process. I had home shopped years ago with a Buyers agent and he didn't hold a candle to Randy! Randy and Bill are super nice and Randy is aggressive with the right people to get you exactly what you want. If you are having any issues or any inquiries during the home-buying process Randy is all over it. She has no problem being the bad cop or greasing the wheel, and will take a back seat if you want to handle a situation (which I tended to do as we got closer to closing), she's totally in your corner! I cannot say enough good things about Quail Path Realty! This was truly a unique experience for me, and the first word that comes to mind is PROFESSIONAL! I spoke with Randy and Bill who are not just agents, they are buyers brokers, which translates to alot of concentrated and personal attention that I really had not experienced with anyone else. I described exactly what I was looking for, and much to my surprise, they listened to me and found just what I had envisioned. Randy got me not only the best deal in my price range, but held my hand through the entire process from soup to nuts,explaining what to be careful of, what to look for, made sure that my purchase was contingent on an approved home inspection, which was a nice safety feature in the contract. We looked no further than 3 properties, and it really was if they were purchasing the property for themselves with the attention to detail they put forth. They really are looking out for your best interest, not just some quick sale, and go way out of their way to earn your business. Randy was super impressive and very sweet and accommodating, but an absolute Pit Bull when it comes to getting you the most beneficial deal and that everything is done as efficiently as it could possibly be done. Bill is a real stickler for important details as well, which really helped with things I never even considered. To me, one of the most impressive things was that, i know most closes typically take from 3-6 months on the average. What blew me away was that from finding the property I wanted, to the close, it was an absolutely unprecedented 3 weeks! I have never even heard of such a thing, but I had a time limit (which in all honesty wasn't even fair to expect) and as they'd say in the film business (which I was in for 21 years) they were not only on time , but under budget! Very impressed, and I don't think I'd even bother wasting my time with some other realtor ever again. They also do Hamptons rentals, etc. and I have told several of my friends that asked who I should talk to about that, because they all do this in the summer time. These are the people you want for anything you need purchase or rental wise, and I almost feel as if I have not said enough good things because of how ultimately pleased I am with their level of service. I found Randy when I was looking for a rental on the island. It was challenging because we have two large dogs and didn't want to spend a ton of money. Randy quickly took us to see a bunch of properties that worked for us and did an awesome job advocating for us and got several "small dog only" landlords to consider us. When it came time to buy we decided to ask Randy to help us out again. Again, we were a challenging placement-- we were looking for a reasonably kept house with at least three bedrooms, and a fenced yard, in a great school district, for less than $330k. Randy didn't flinch. She worked hard to get us into listings immediately and gave us good guidance about the offers we made.
